For the second time in a row, they've completely messed up our orders. The first time they got the sandwich order completely wrong. They put the wrong ingredients on the sandwich and overloaded it so much with lettuce and tomato, that I specifically asked them not to put on, that the sandwich was completely soggy and inedible. Absolutely no care in their work. Same thing happened this time. Ordered ahead of time using the digital app. All they had to do was read the order. Instead they made whatever they wanted and did a piss poor job at that. Will never order anything else here! read more

Have been here several times. They listen, which is hard to find today. Have yet to get a wrong order. I can't count the number of times at other Lenny's where I've asked for a chicken philly, just meat and cheese, yet get it with onions anyway. They provide great service, need a refill, no problem. I have to admit I was a little unsure about drinks here bc they don't have the soda ftn & tea behind the counter. No problem, they're happy to get a refill. Bad sandwich, worse service. Ordered a hot Italian... which came out 20 MINUTES LATER as a chopped ham (no salami or capicola to be seen) and missing the green peppers that are a listed topping. Bread was already going stale at noon. Watched others have to change their orders to "to go" because they couldn't wait any longer to eat in. Did not hear one worker say "sorry for the wait" or make any concession to anyone. It's hard to do worse than a gas-station Subway, but they nailed it. read more

I love Lenny's. Very much. But not this one. The customer service is ok but I can't get over how small their sandwiches are compared to other Lenny's in the area. It wasn't only the length but the meat inside. It was skanty. They were so small, I breifly considered driving to another to take a comparison picture. Sadly, sadly dissapointed. Also, they had a 'kids eat free tonight' sign up, yet charged me for my kids meal. When I mentioned it, the girl said they can't do refunds. Wasn't happy at all and won't be returning. read more
