I'm sitting here at the counter waiting for my breakfast. I see 10 employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. 10 mind you,10 employees, for 12 customers. The manager is doing dishes in front of me, making a heck of a racket! Stacking plates as loudly as possible. He left dish washing to cook on the grill and did not put gloves on. Then went back to washing dishes very LOUD and Annoying! All the employees are loud and yelling out orders while standing next to cook. What a Joke! Food came out and it was ok, thus, 2 stars instead of 1. One employee is having a private conversation with another employee. Problem is that they are at opposite end of the restaurant yelling at each other. This is the LOUDEST most Obnoxious Waffle House that I ever been to. Again, what a joke! read more

We were wearing our Tennessee pullovers and was headed home (10 hours of my 19hr) I decided to stop in at Waffle House, this exact one. As soon as we walked in I felt completely unsafe as we were getting heckled and harassed by Alabama fans. As we sat down thinking maybe the employees would stop the nonsense....I was sadly mistaken. The employees even started joining in the harassment, laughing at me as I was given a menu. You have cameras, it was late last night/this am. We got up and left and took our money elsewhere. It's a shame that's how employees would treat a customer and allow other customers to do that to new ones. I'll remember to not stop at this Waffle House and drive the extra 70 miles to the next one. Waffle House is an iconic part of the landscape of the southeastern United States. You will often find them located just off of major highways, ready to serve road weary travelers, as well as late night revelers, family seeking a Sunday morning breakfast, hungry workers with a limited amount of time for a meal and everyone in between. My go-to meals are either a patty melt 0 or one of their egg-based breakfasts. My favorite part about the Waffle House is their hash browns. You can get them covered in a slew of toppings and they never disappoint. There is nothing fancy about Waffle House, nor should there be. It is what it is, a greasy spoon diner. But that is certainly not a disparaging reflection on this restaurant chain. We need these no frills kind of places. I would certainly recommend here. I would also advise you not to miss the hash browns. read more

Lying is "job security" here I ordered online, and long story short the stores do NOT have a phone to collaborate with other stores. They instead lied to me about my food needing to be refunded or picked up at another store VIA MANAGER. I came to where the food was ordered (app error) and explained the situation. The store that did receive my order didn't get a call from this store at all, and even the manager said he didn't receive anything from their store. The staff here are lazy to not help. Raising their pay would only make them get paid more, but give the same attitude and "sucks to be you" behavior towards their customers. read more

#I've always been a fan of Double Hashbrowns All The Way. I didn't know they ever had #White Sausage Gravy on it though. Maybe that's a newer thing? I haven't been to Waffle House in years. It was so good. So good that our table got an extra plate of #Biscuits with that Gravy. Our waitress and cook were so #aweome. The whole experience even changed the mind of my friend about Waffle House. He had a bad experience years ago. Now he #loves it. read more

Cleanest waffle house i have been in. MR Preston greeted me as soon as i came in the door made me feel welcome, Miss Breanna took my order immediately, and made sure i was well taken care of the whole time. Miss Triston cooked my order to perfection I think from the time I sat down to the time I got my food was maybe 8 mins if that. every one of them treated me as if I was family. I had been eating at this Waffle House for 2 weeks. Lastnight I pulled in like I normally do parked my service truck and started to walk in. I was approached by the green haired cook that said I could not park my truck in their lot had to park on road. Now my truck is about the size of a dually F-350 with utility bed. Now he claims his manager said so but I think it was more he didn't want to go in from smoking. The guy also has a horrible attitude. Up till this point the issues with the place I'd had was hearing him complain and whine. You guys get one Star for running off customers! Great way to operate a business. read more

Was going to get some breakfast while loves was fixing my tire, sat down at the counter, was totally ignored by the 2 waitress, the cook did get me a cup of coffee, so I left him a $5 tip an walked out, after they waited on 4 other people that came in after me. I was more than happy to give my money to Cracker Barrel across the street. read more

This Waffle House is new an clean but the eggs taste like there powder eggs an the grits taste like cardboard. I don't know if it's the butter there using or the oil they cook with but I won't be back to this location read more

There food is good. I know it's a chain, but their photos are a turn off. It reminds me they are a corporation, corporations are considered people too, people without souls that live forever and only care about money. I prefer a waitress with a cigarette dangling from her lips than these fake photos. read more
