This is my receipt from my refund that I had to wait until the police got there to get.

The dark skin girl that works the overnight shift at the 6350 Tara blvd location of waffle house should not have any job dealing with customer service. She is rude and has a bad attitude. Today at 5:45am I went to the location, after ordering and paying for my food I noticed I was being charged 93 cents for a to go service charge and another 93 cents for to go supply fee. I asked the waitress why I was being charged a service charge and a supply fee, I can understand the supply fee, but what extra service are you providing for you to charge a to go service charge when that is all you do from 11pm to 6am. The waitress go upset when I said if you dont know then I will call corporate and asked. She then push my to food to the ground locked the window, sat at the counter and refused to give me a refund. I had to call clayton county police to get a refund.

No gloves smh ! She should be fired !

They literally never answer the phone, no matter the time of day. So much for trying to order ahead.

I ordered a classic breakfast--crispy bacon, well-seasoned sausage patties, eggs cooked just right, and a fresh fruit bowl that actually felt fresh. Not an afterthought. A moment. The coffee? Hot, strong, and served in that cozy mug that makes you slow down and stay a little longer. And let's talk about the space--bright, cheerful, clean, and welcoming. The wall art alone tells you this place understands joy before noon. Service was easy, friendly, and efficient without rushing the vibe. This is the kind of spot you come to reset your day, not just eat. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I bring someone? Yes--but solo is elite. I was hungry so that could've impacted my opinion on it but the steak and the eggs were well cooked and seasoned in my opinion. My boyfriend's street corn steak bowl, however, was small and mildly disappointing. There was barely any steak. The pancakes were really good ones, actually, but the fact that they didn't have real maple syrup knocked this place down from 3.5 to 3 stars.

There seems to be plenty of parking on the street as well as the lot behind the building. It was around noon when I arrived and they were serving their brunch menu. I had the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit that came with eggs and a side of grits. The biscuit was large, soft, and toasted and the fried chicken on top crisp and seasoned well. It was sweet from the honey. The eggs (I had them scrambled) were fine, but nothing remarkable. The grits were quite spicy for my taste, but I'm a wimp from the Midwest so they were probably great. I enjoyed everything. I would have liked an unsweetened iced tea, but only sweet tea was available. I had a fountain soft drink instead of. The restaurant was light and airy. The furniture was a bit worn and the dishes were plain white plastic but on the whole it was a lovely place. My server was pleasant and attentive.

There is also street parking. Wait to be seated. Best to have a reservation during peak hours. Weekend brunch and evenings I imagine to be busy. QR code menu. NOTE if you go during brunch and you get a cocktail from the menu you won't see the prices for brunch. That is part of the reason for the low rating. Even though the drink menu says the days and hours for those prices, you have to ask for the after those hours. The menu has your typical southern brunch flare with a twist. The drink menu is good. I ordered the impossible burger slider, it doesn't come with anything. Just two sliders. I ordered the potatoes. Even though the sliders were decent. It was a little salty. Presentation was good. Watermelon savage. I also tried the scrambled eggs - way too salty. It was inedible. My brunch partner didn't like the grits or chicken biscuit that it came with. Service was fine. Decor and atmosphere was nice. Overall, it was decent. It seems like a nice place to grab drinks and catch a vibe or be the vibe. Gratuity is included. Overall, decent spot. Oh and there is outdoor seating that includes a stage.

We made reservations for the 6 of us, and upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff. There was a line of people waiting to be seated, so we were concerned about having to wait since we were heading to the airport. We had a brief waiting period before being seated. Jasmine D, our server was prompt and very personable. The menu was full of delectable choices for brunch or lunch. We ordered the Very Berry French Toast, Chix & Pancakes & bacon, Jerk Chicken & Sweet Potato Waffles, and a Kids Cheese Scramble & bacon and grits. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our server was attentive and patient with us the entire time we were there. If you're looking for great food, a great welcoming down home ambiance and are in the area, The Breakfast Boys is a great place to go, but make reservations! And also, they have a ton of different cheeses to choose from and all of the different patty varieties really make it extra special. I'm trying to eat a little lighter and I did have a regular beef hamburger patty the first time, but then I tried turkey the second time and both of them were amazing. I also tried the lemon crinkly cut fries and another variety of fries. They can be a tiny bit salty so just beware but otherwise very tasty especially if you get tired of just basic fries. The onion rings were a little overcooked. Parking is super easy and there's plenty of it and they do take cash as well. And also just be aware there's no seating inside.
