I drive up and down and almost gave up and went to a Mexican place that was right there and then I noticed a rather nondescript building and saw that I found Taqueria Viki. Walking in, the place is as humble in ambiance as the outside. This is the true definition of a hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop type establishment that I find have the best Mexican food. We were greeted by multiple staff who were eager to seat us after they cleaned a recently vacated outdoor table. Upon delivery of the chips & salsa and menus's, our drink order and appetizer order was taken. The weather was perfect and we love to people watch. Our draft beers were delivered and our mains were ordered. My wife selected the Sopes and I selected the Chimichanga meal with the Street Corn. We enjoyed sipping our drafts after the 5 hours of driving and the Poppers came soon after that. Great temperature, texture, and taste! Our main course came shortly after that and we dove into them.
