I contacted Wags 4 Walks on Wednesday about cat sitting for an upcoming vacation 1 month from now. Explained my situation to Brian, my need for cat sitting (20 min visit every 2-3 days), and provided my address. He said I was just a bit out of their service area, but he could make it work based on our flexibility with days. We scheduled the initial meetup on Saturday, and he says he's right outside. I text him because no one is on the driveway, and even send him the address again. He texts back that he thought no one was home (2 cars in the driveway and I confirmed we were home just 20 min before). And he cancels saying we are 30 min away from his farthest client. Randomly, he texts me 3 images of dogs and cats for no reason. With today's technology, he could have Googled my address and known the distance from me to his next client without having to drive it. I can understand if we were located way outside of his service area, but either the service map is out of date, or Brian just doesn't care to be professional about declining service. He should have notified us with a phone call instead of a random text message 10 minutes after our appointment saying, "It didn't look like anyone was home.". It seems professionalism and courtesy are seriously lacking for this company. I would not recommend Wags 4 Walks to anyone since Brian was not honest with us in any way. read more

Brian is super responsive and respectful. It was so hard to find a dog walker just because my dog gets super scared in the beginning, we did a greet and meet. Brian did exactly what I said everything went great! He sends me pictures of my dog and also let me know if my dog use the bathroom. He's awesome! read more

They sent photos and videos of both my Dog and Cat which really helped put my mind at ease. The personalized attention an professionalism is exceptional. In 2015 I was faced with a significant medical emergency and they stepped in and provided transportation to and from day care as well as regular walks. I was unable to drive or walk, but wag for walks helped me immeasurably on very short notice! I have had wonderful experiences with Jackie pet sitting for our two older cats! So far she has taken care of them for a long weekend and for a week & a half vacation for both morning & evening visits. These are all of the pros I have experienced: * The kitties loved her! She has a great personality which the kitties took to very quickly. * The initial consultation / visit is free and you are able to get a good sense of the services that will be provided. * Jackie has a timely response rate via e-mail and text message. * Jackie sent a status update via text every time she visited the kitties. She also sent lots of pictures which put my mind at ease while away. Loved this! * Jackie is very attentive to any unusual changes with the kitties (one had a watery eye while we were away and she monitored the situation, she also monitored food / water intake). * She took great care of the house while we were away! (took in the mail and any boxes delivered, rotated the blinds, swept up some kitty litter spillage, and cleaned up a few accidents) * If she happened to be running a bit late for the visit window, she let me know (this was not a frequent occurrence). This shows great moral character especially since I would not have known if she hadn't told me. * The rates are very competitive!
