I don't really shop here much, but I always come for the self-wash, and it's honestly the best one I've found around Denver. My senior pup and I both love it! The setup makes bath time so easy ...the tubs have grip mats so he doesn't slip, and the shampoo and conditioner are already built into the hose, which is genius. The dryer area is super convenient too. I usually lay down a couple towels under my dog to soak up the flying water (my fluffy boy sheds half his weight after a wash ). They even have leave-in conditioner spray and pet cologne, so your dog walks out smelling fresh and fancy. If your dog hates slippery tubs or complicated wash stations, this place is a total lifesaver. It's our go to spot for an easy, stress free bath and a happy, clean pup! read more

When we moved to Las Vegas for a few years, I was heartbroken to lose our local Wag N Wash because nothing else even comes close. I am so happy to be back and to be able to take our girls here again. They have an awesome selection of treats, toys, food, and accessories, and the store is always super clean. The self-wash is a lifesaver!! It's easy, convenient, and really well-priced. What really makes the difference, though, is the staff. They're always so friendly and treat my pups like their own. They offered Luna a frozen yogurt yesterday after her wash & nail trim. She absolutely hates nail trims, but the team here is so sweet and patient with her every single time, and they do such a great job. I was extremely happy with the way my little husky girl Shea was treated. She can be a handful, but Jennifer took amazing care of her through all the wiggling that Shea does. I was told that the rolling Shea does in the bath was her actually playing. Loved hearing that. But I knew the dreaded blow dryer was coming and I actually had a chance to watch (without Shea seeing me and getting extra excited). To say she did great would be an exaggeration, but Jennifer sure did. Even with all the jumping and squirming, Jennifer kept reassuring her and calming her down (while smiling and laughing a couple of times) long enough to complete the dry. Shea came out looking, feeling and smelling fantastic! She even gave her howl of approval while looking so cute in her little handkerchief. The price was much cheaper than the other places that I've taken Shea to and will definitely be back for her semi-annual blow out. Everybody there was so friendly and engaging. I have a chihuahua terrier who is a tripawd and she gets very anxious when I leave her to get grooming just about anywhere I go. Especially since she had her accident. The self Dog Wash here is the cleanest and best run around. It's easy for the dogs to get in their tubs, and we had a really great experience recently. Our dog had hundreds of matted pinecone seeds in her fur and the groomer and a cashier spent a lot of time helping us in the self wash to get these out when it wasn't their job to do so at all. They were amazingly kind in a terrible situation. Thank you so much! read more

one staff member pushed passed my 15 year old dog saying excuse me pup when the next aisle was open my dog slipped almost fell. The. I went to pay and stated that I had a coupon to use to another staff. the staff member that pushed my dog then stated that's it our coupon. I said it says wag n wash. Staff stated that's from corporate were a franchise. We don't take their coupons but my Email says we have missed you come back. This is the only store and business we have used with wag n wash. Not the first time that staff member has been rude to me and other customers. FYI staff member you can speak to customers professionally and nicely. I have been going to this location for years and finally was able to get a groomer that I absolutely love. Her name is Chelsea, and she does a beautiful job on all three of my babies, yes, I said three, all at once. She not only is patient, but the little four-legged kids love going with her. Stay away from this business. I spoke with a very rude front desk employee named Barb after Wag and Wash fumbled my appointment not once but twice. I took off work, got my dogs in the car, and headed there only to be told that they messed up the schedule and had me on a different day. When I stressed that I was frustrated, Barb called me a "difficult customer" said I couldn't speak with the owner, and hung up on me. Needless to say, this team has some work to do on organization and customer service. Since I wasn't able to speak with the owner, I hope she is able to read this and learn a bit more about who she has working for her. It's a shame. read more

I'm a bit disappointed in this location. We called to ask for nail trimming services. They don't take appointments for nail trims and they mentioned they are short staff, understandable. I asked how busy it was and she said that they had people available. We showed up under the hour and when we arrived they said no one could trim our puppy's nails, when we saw employees not doing anything. Called the Wag N' Wash in Highlands, they booked us in and our puppy is getting a nail trim as I type this. Evade this location and go to the other one, very unprofessional. read more
