My fiancé and I just moved to the area and about two weeks ago we passed by Wag N Wash. interested to see what this place was because we are interested in anything pet related we walked inside to be greeted by the most wonderful sweet people. Immediately Carolyn greeted us and when mentioning we just moved to the area she took the time out of her day to stop everything and welcome us to the neighborhood. She went so far as to give us the entire rundown of the store, give us a tour and answer all of our wash questions that we had. She never rushed us and even listened to our concerns about one of our more nervous pups. She was caring enough to give us lots of advice on the best times and most busy times. I am excited to say tonight we took Carolyn's advice and waited til closer to close on the weekend and brought over one of the pups to get final approval of the place. Brisco, our more eager of the two, gave his final stamp of approval tonight for sure. We called ahead and the team began giving us great customer service from before we even walked in the store. Once we arrived, we were greeted and walked to the balk wash area and asked what type of wash we were looking for. We talked for a moment about the different options and how everything worked and they got us all set up. They brought us a basket filled with towels, cologne, and leave in conditioner if needed. After our wash we were able to walk over to the blow dryers and use them free of any craziness. This was the best self wash experience and for it being both mine and my pups first time - it was fabulous. We are going to try and the next pup soon. But definitely would recommend this place for great customer service and neighborhood wash services. We just moved to Aurora a little over two weeks ago from Denver. Recently while shopping, we passed by Wag N Wash. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed by the nicest staff. One of the nicest people,Carolyn, welcomed us to the store by taking us in a tour and explaining how everything worked. I had never been to a self wash place quite like this and she made sure to answer all of our wash questions that we had about our nervous pet. She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniences her - she was super friendly and caring. Honestly if you just ask, the team is so helpful and they will give lots of advice on the best times and most busy times. I am so beyond excited to write this review because my dog Kyla is a super nervous and anxious pup so getting her stamp of approval was important. Once we arrived, we were immediately remembered from when we came the day before with our other dog and walked to the wash area. We decided we would try the deep Furminator wash and they got us all set up. Again like the night before they fixed us a basket filled with towels, cologne, and leave in conditioner, but took extra precaution catering to Kyla's anxiety and being super nice the entire time. After our wash we were able to walk over to the blow dryers and use them and even scored a back corner one free from the others. I am so thankful for this great experience and I am so happy to have found The Wag N Wash team as they truly want you to have the best experience. I have this nervous little (5.5lb) rescue retired stud from a puppy mill. He loves to be groomed by Sheila, he's a little nervous when I drop him off but completely calm when I pick him up. Carolyn also really cares about our critters she is helping me get Hal's health in top condition after spending his first 5.5 years in a cage with crappy nutrition and care. They also carry the best cat litter, for my feline friend Ralphie. Everyone is so friendly and I do think they have my critters' best interest in mind when making suggestions. How convenient is this place! Our 85lb baby is not a fan of baths especially letting g strangers do them. This was a great place to go where we could give him the bath but had assurance if needed. The tub was perfect for his size, a spot to blow dry him, and help trimming his nails. Don't get me wrong he hated every min but knowing his Mom and Dad were there made him less anxious. I brought my 14-year old, groomer-phobic Siberian Husky in for a long overdue nail trim, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure it was a good experience (for me and for the dog). They also went out of their way to give me advice on how to help with a persistent skin condition my dog has been wrestling with and even helped me when I was struggling to handle him (he's a big boy) in the self-wash. Took our English Springer spaniel in yesterday to be groomed. She came out awesome! Her groomer was knowledgeable about springer cuts but ultimately left the final decision up to me. She also got her nails cut and ears cleaned and smells awesome! She'll look great for her birthday party today. Very pleased. Really disappointed in the Covid protocols here. Took my dogs in for a wash today. The front of store staff was all masked, however the women working in n the self-wash area came out with NO mask on. I asked her to go get a mask and she rolled her eyes at me and put one on. Two minutes later she had it down around her neck. The other woman was wearing hers under her nose. This was our first time ever taking our dogs to a self-service wash We brought our two dogs one is a very shy Greyhound and the other one is a very attentive rambunctious terrier mix. The staff was amazing it helping us keep both of them calm and they even let us wash them in the same tub that way the Greyhound would feel safe. The dogs really didn't like the air dryers but there are plenty of towels and shampoo and brushes to get them squeaky clean. I will definitely be back with our Terrier but think the Greyhound will do better in the shower which is fine she only gets washed once a year read more

Love taking our pups here! Staff is super nice and very sweet. The tubs are clean and they have all kinds of grooming tools for use. We love the bakery and so do the pups, they get really excited about the treats! We always get complimented on our furbabies and always feel valued as customers! I've got two great pyr's and an Anatolian shepherd, and often times a furry foster to bring into WNW. The staff is always fantastic, and the groomers do a fabulous job with my pups. It would take me weeks to remove the huge under coats that they can get out in a couple of hours. The pups love the staff and I love my pups when they're all clean and fluffy! Customer service: I called to ask about availability of the self wash and they could answer all my questions and were very friendly on the phone. On site I found the front desk staff and associates assisting with the self wash room to be friendly and helpful as it was my first time at this location. You can tell they really love pets there! Self Wash: super simple they provide shampoo conditioner towels brushes and an apron for you. My dog did not love the air dryer, but they definitely provide enough towels to skip that step if you prefer. Overall I will continue to use their self wash station it is easy, tolerated by my dog and way easier on my body! I would also like to check out more of their inventory next time.
