Up at all hours of the night letting her out to the bathroom but waking to surprises in her crate the next morning. We were all tired. Until we found Tayler. Tayler took Jinger into her home and made her part of her family for the week. I received pictures and video throughout her stay, constant communication about her progress, playtime, and pictures from her camping trip. When Jinger came home a week later she went from being a puppy we had to watch like hawks to a member of the family. In one week Tayler transformed Jinger into a potty trained and well behaved young lady was not only potty trained but also learned some commands. We had recently brought our dog in because she was urinating blood and they said nothing was wrong with her and sent her home and we discovered she has a very large swollen area on the right side of her ribs so we are concerned that they didn't notice that - Why are you accepting appointments? If you are not coming to visit your patient? I've been waiting an hour. This is unacceptable. We will not be back to this vet again.

Susan comes to your house and feeds, walks, and loves your pets, just like you would--only better. I set up a schedule of my needs and Gay and Rick came to my house to meet me and my dog. We went through the regimen and I felt comfortable that they were going to take care of my boy while we were gone 4 days. Like clockwork, we would get texts and photos of Max with updates on the visit and if there were any concerns, etc. I chose three 30 min visits a day mainly for potty time, pet time, meds and food I would totally have them walk Max but he has a broken leg at the moment. I feel they cared for him very well. When I got home, they had left written notes of each visit as well. I plan on using them in the future, perhaps even for a midday visit to walk Max when the weather becomes more tolerable. I will certainly use them the next time I need to leave town. They will also water plants, pick up mail and paper as well as adjust blinds and lights to give the appearance someone is always home. Rates are very reasonable I thought. Cheaper than boarding and Max gets free reign of his own home versus stress of being in a cage in a cold boarding facility.

I am an owner of 4 large breed dogs, the oldest of which (12) is deaf, high anxiety, and skittish and fearful around new people. Because of this it has always been told and known that there is one sitter he knows and is comfortable with. I always make a note as well to request this sitter. (He has no history of fear aggression, but I am very careful about the situations I put him into) Before going away this last time I double checked my booking and saw that the sitter was changed (without notifying me) to someone who not only has never met any of my dogs, but has never been into my house and does not know the routine. I understand plans change, but there is no reason why I should not have been notified. Not only would this have been horrible for my dogs, but also sending a stranger into a situation with a highly fearful dog is just not safe or smart as a business owner. I messaged the owner Jodi about this and she promptly deleted my client profile and said I 'rage messaged her'. I attached screenshots of my messages through the app and her response text message to me. Every time I have spoken to or interacted with Jodi she has been either rude or unprofessional so unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Awesome, I book the appointment. I know there are going to be several other fees such as the Dr's fee plus antibiotics, as well as shampoo and what ever else he needed. I'm fine with this. I have been dealing with my dog's allergy issues since he was a puppy and I'm fully aware of how expensive it already is. However after speaking with the Dr, before any services were agreed upon they bring in the billing break down. The allergy shot that they had quoted me 260.00 went up to 355.00. My total bill was over 600.00. They claim that because my dog weighed in at 128 lbs that the extra 8 lbs would cost $95.00 extra. I called up my usual veterinarian which is All Pets. Told them the weight of my dog and was quoted 260.00. So of course I'm packing it up and heading to All Pets. But before I leave I'm told that I owe 183.00 just for being seen. Now on the phone earlier they had told me that it was 50 something to be seen by the actual veterinarian. So why now were they trying to charge me a 183.00? They said because the Dr looked at an ear swab under a microscope. Are you freaking kidding???? I told them I'm not paying that, that I never agreed to pay for that. The office manager then threatened to call the police on me. I admit i was super upset and very outside of my usual character but I felt like I was being taken advantage of. After going back and forth with them they agreed to only charge me 71.00, even though my dog was not treated in any sort of way. I guess that was the middle of the road that I was willing to accept. I stuck my card in the credit card machine and then snatched it out really quick because i realized they had not put the total on the screen yet. Once the total did pop up on the screen it was for 183.00. I felt like they were trying to trick me again. I was tired of fighting with these people so i made the lady aware of it. She changed it to 71.00 and i paid the 71.00. I did leave Hancock and headed to the All pets in Rogers where they were able to take me in. Once I got there do you know how much the allergy shot was? 260.00! Just as they said it would be. My total service for everything which included antibiotics for my dog, as well as a separate antibiotic for his ears, medicated shampoo, allergy shot and exam by the veterinarian was 421.00. If you add how much i had to pay in total at all pets plus the 71.00 that I agreed to pay at Hancock, I still payed less then what the total bill was at Hancock, had I agreed to let them treat my dog. Once i got home, i looked at the receipt from Hancock, and it doesn't even say what i paid $ 71.00 for, just that that was what i was charged. The absolute only positive i can give is that the veterinarian was nice, but that certainly doesn't make up for the rediculous price difference. Listen, veterinarian visits are expensive enough, so bad that a lot of people are not able to give their babies the care that they would like to. This place is the worst of the worst. The only reason that I decided to give Hancock a try was because they are so convenient to where I live. But driving a little further is by far the better option. Never again. Oh and by the way the veterinarians at All Pets are just as nice.

When he showed clear signs of illness, I brought him in with detailed notes. Bloodwork was done, and I was told he was just malnourished. Three weeks later, he had a seizure. I called the clinic in a panic -- they said they were closing in five minutes and told me to call the emergency vet. That was the end of the conversation. No questions asked. No follow up. He passed away later that night. Internal bleeding. Cancer. Weeks later, they sent me an invoice for a blood test that should never have been charged. No check-in. No compassion. I replied with a long email explaining everything -- the experience, the loss, the disappointment. It's been 20 days, and I've heard nothing. No reply. No condolences. I wasn't planning to say anything publicly. But their silence -- and priorities -- speak volumes. Pet owners deserve better.

In a period of just a few months her doggie brother passed away, we moved into an apartment (from a home with a doggie door), and I started working long hours too far away for mid-day visits. Thanks to angel sitters, my little girl had a mid-day visit and bathroom break, and she was able to stay in the peaceful setting of her home rather than cowering in the corner at a boarding or day care facility. (I'm writing in pass tense because this was a couple of years ago and my girl has since gone on to rainbow bridge.) These pet sitters are truly angels. The ones I meet in person we're so thoughtful and caring. They make the process very easy and take good care of fur babies.
