Jack is now afraid of all people he comes in contact with which he never was before. Ichabod who is very compliant in getting groomed but did not receive what I asked for, I showed the girl a picture from my phone of how I wanted him cut. It was a younger girl with dark hair who waited on me, I did not get her name, however she was not a very nice person. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone and only wish that in the instance I had reported what I believe happened. I had just recently moved here from Arizona and went there because it was close.
