Just returned from our groomer. Kathie does such a great job on my fur kids! Gotta show you. Kathie and her staff really love dogs and I never worry, no cuts or weird behavior when they are picked up. 6 years of making my doggies beautiful, clean and great smelling. Thank you Kathie and your fantastic staff at WAGGIN TAILS LOUNGE.

My review is waaaaay overdo! Kathie, Lupe and Sandra are amazing! If you want to take your dogs to a groomer that will treat them like they are their own, you have found the place! My two dogs get the absolute best haircuts, and we've also used them for boarding when we've been out of town. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Waggin Tails. "The boys" and I love you girls!

Amazing service! And amazing staff. Could not be happier with everything they do from dog sitting to grooming and more! I feel I leave my puppy with family and I'm never worried. They take great care of care.

They always take great care of my schnauzers!!! We have been coming here for the past three years. My pets have always loved visiting. I've never seen a cut, or any mistakes on those behalf, they always treat the pets as if they were their own.

This was my second time taking my dog here after being referred by my sister that had used it once before. It's a bit hidden with no sign on the wall and shares the space with a locksmith. They have a very pet friendly environment with the doggy day care going on. BTW they had the biggest golden doodle I've ever seen greeting people up at the front. He was just a big friendly teddy bear. I had called a week ago, early afternoon to see if it was possible to come in as a walk in. I have an extremely busy schedule and wanted to take advantage of this dead time I had. Before the nice young lady that picked up the phone could place me on hold to find out, I heard someone in an irratated tone yelling in the back to not take anymore dogs. I thought to myself, rude, but hey she's probably swamped and having a bad day. I completely understand. So I scheduled an appointment on my next day off. Now to the grooming experience I had. My dog is a shy chihuauha/pomeranian mix. He's great with people and kids, but iffy around multiple dogs. I asked for the legs to be trimmed, the stomach area and the butt. I went to pick him up an 1hr 1/2 after dropping him off. Loved that it was super quick. He looked handsome in his bandana they put on him, but I noticed that the front legs weren't trimmed. I brought it to the young ladies attention and she fixed it right away. When I got home I noticed the back side is uneven. One side is wayyy shorter than the other. I completely understand if my dog squirmed and maybe too much was cut off but I would've preferred the problem being taken care of before I noticed. I was going to fix it myself, but my mom was real persistant on taking him back to the groomer so I did. I called and she was really nice, told me she was by herself and so it was hard to trim him there but in 10min someone else would be there to help hold him while she cut. I even told her that I understood bc my dog is shy about his backside and sits down. I get there, I'm even a little embarrassed bc I'm not a complainer and I didn't want them to take it personal. The first thing the owner tells me in what sounded like a defensive tone, is that my dog was being difficult and that he's a biter. I appologized for it. She suggested putting a muzzle on him in order to avoid any incidents while at the groomer. I'm all for them protecting themselves, but was thrown off by my dog being a biter. He's never bit or attacked anyone before. I've never even heard him growl aggressively or show teeth towards someone. Plus I thought the young lady was by herself. It even crossed my mind that maybe the young lady screwed up and covered her ass by saying that my dog was a biter. So they cleaned him up and told me it's not perfect, if I wasn't happy to let her know, but by that point it was just awkward. I just thanked them and left. I felt like she got really defensive. All in all, I don't think I'll be using this groomer anymore. Loved that they had dogs everywhere, but maybe its not the right place for my doggy and I.

I was very nervous taking my pup in for his first haircut and I was very pleased with how his cut turned out. I have taken him here a fee times previously to be bathed and cleaned up and they always do a good job. My pup is always so happy when I pick him up, so I know he is in good hands.

This is the first time I found a place that really care for dogs. I love the girls they're sweet, experience, & take their time on my 3 dogs. I live in LA and don't mind the drive knowing I'm getting great service. Thank you Waggin tails.

Easy to miss in the corner. Kind of hidden

I hired the valley pet sitters to come for an extra day and came home a day later thinking my cats had at least clean glasses of water and extended my trip. I also left a handwritten note by the glasses of Water saying please do two fresh glasses each time of fridge water. When I got home, there was only two glasses used and both were full of slimy bacteria filled water because they were not cleaned or changed out for over a week. I would not have stayed an extra day if I ever thought for a second the note wouldn't have been read or the notes online that say use two fresh glasses that are in a pile of fresh clean glasses right by the fridge. even if I did not leave the note, why would anyone ever think cats would drink slimy bacteria infested water they would choose toilet water over a dirty bowl of water. You should always change the dry food bowls before we're feeling and the dishes of water rinsing is not even good enough, but everyone that knows Cats knows this. You're a bad caretaker for cats. If you give them water in any dirty dish, that's disgusting and rude.

Because of this, I decided "heck, I can afford for someone else to do this if it makes my life easier." I could not be happier with the deals and multi-visit packages being offered here. For $400, I got a total of 10 visits for the year! Granted, she is on the mini side of things, but if you look at prices literally anywhere else... this kind of deal is unheard of. To top this all off, my Pebbles is an anxious chatty type and a drama queen all in one, which has been a frequent complaint we have received from other groomers since she was a puppy. Here, she's heard and appreciated as a funny little girl with a big heart and personality. I also included some pics of my girl for reference on the price that I paid. AND for all dog parents reading this, keep in mind the price also varies by the weight of your furry friends.

I am extremely sad to give this update, because my dog Dillon has been going to Andy's for a while…read moreand they've always been very good about fitting him into the schedule & just being overall cool people to deal with. He always comes back smelling well and they give him a seasonal handkerchief around his neck. Little touches that made the pricey de-shedding and grooming fees worth it ($125 for a grooming of large dog, 85lbs). I wanted to simply address this to a manager via email to show photos, but their contact form on the site is impersonal and gives no email address and no opportunity to upload photos. On his last visit on Friday, my dog came home panting and not wagging his tail. I just thought he missed me, but it felt out of place, more like a "hyperventilation" type panting. I didn't think anything of it until the next day, as I was petting him, I felt bloody scabs across his head. Till today I find more that's hidden in his long fur. I'm super sad because Andy's has done a great job with his de-shedding, and I know it's no easy task with his fur. But, he is the mildest-mannered service animal for kids with autism. He doesn't bite or bark or squirm, so to have big gashes like this on multiple parts of his skin after a grooming is a red flag. I won't be sending him to Andy's anymore. Very sad about it, but this isn't how you treat a dog or long-time customer. You disclose the cuts and address how to help treat them.

If you're looking for a place where your dog will be loved like family, look no further than Dog…read moresitting by Ally I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ally and the care she gives to every dog. From the moment I met her, I could tell this wasn't just a business--it is truly her passion. She has such a kind heart, an incredible work ethic, and a genuine love for animals that you can feel immediately. My standard poodle, Chewy, goes to daycare with Ally , and when we went to Hawaii for nine days, I never once worried about him. Instead of being kept in kennels, the dogs get to live together in a comfortable home environment. They can relax on dog beds, sleep on furniture, play together, and simply be dogs. It's such a refreshing and loving alternative to traditional boarding. One thing that meant the world to me was how often Ally kept me updated. Every morning and every evening she sent me photos and updates of Chewy having fun, relaxing, and making friends. Seeing those pictures while I was away gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to truly enjoy my vacation, knowing he was happy, safe, and loved. I also love seeing how much thought she puts into making the dogs' days special. During the hot weather, she even sets up fun water play for them, and it's obvious from every picture that the dogs are having the time of their lives. Although I've only known Ally for a short time, I genuinely admire her. She is young, hardworking, compassionate, and has built something truly special. It's rare to find someone who cares this deeply about every dog in her care. Chewy absolutely loves going there, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to leave him with Allie again. I recommend Ally's Boarding & Daycare wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and happy place for their dog. Your pup will be treated like family, and that's something you simply can't put a price on. Thank you, Ally for taking such incredible care of Chewy. We are so grateful to have found you!

Lately, I've seen so many heartbreaking stories about doggy daycares: dogs getting hurt, neglected, escaping, or simply not being treated with the love they deserve. Every time I read one, my first thought is the same: thank God Nova has Ally and Travis. Nova has been coming here since he was just 6 months old. He's now about to turn 5, which means they've been part of nearly his entire life. They've watched him grow from a timid, reactive puppy into the confident, happy dog he is today. They know his quirks, his routines, what makes him nervous, what makes him excited, and they have loved every version of him along the way. As dog owners, we all know there are very few people we'd trust with our entire heart. That's what our dogs are. They're not just pets, they're family. And somehow Ally and Travis have earned a level of trust that I didn't even know was possible. I've left Nova with them for the longest periods I've ever left him with anyone, and I've never once laid awake wondering if he was okay. There has never been a moment where I questioned whether he was safe, loved, exercised, or cared for. That kind of peace is priceless, and if you're a dog parent, you know exactly what I mean. What means the most to me is that Nova makes the choice himself every single time. The second he realizes where we're going, he's beside himself with excitement. If he doesn't get to see Ally or Travis, he cries. When he does, he runs to them without looking back. As someone whose dog was once fearful of people, seeing him love someone that deeply tells me everything I need to know. Dogs don't fake trust. They don't pretend to feel safe. They either do, or they don't. Nova has never questioned whether Ally and Travis are his people. Over the years, they've been there through my work schedule, my vacations, family emergencies, and every moment in between. They have given me something I can never truly repay: the ability to go through life knowing that the biggest piece of my heart is safe. That feeling is something every dog parent hopes to find, and so few actually do. Even if life takes me somewhere else one day, if I'm ever back in town and need someone to watch Nova, there is no question where he's going. I would drive hours just to leave him with Ally and Travis because trust like this isn't replaceable. They're not just our daycare: they're part of Nova's family. If you're scrolling through reviews wondering whether this is the right place for your dog, I hope this helps. Five years later, after hundreds of drop-offs and pickups, I can say with complete confidence that choosing Ally and Travis was one of the best decisions I've ever made for Nova. They have loved him like he was their own, and I will spend the rest of his life being grateful for that.
