I was a loyal client for 10 years. Recently, after I declined an appointment because my dog was…read moredealing with recurring ear infections, I expressed concern that the infections seemed to show up shortly after grooming visits. On one occasion, the ear infection was also accompanied by a bacterial skin infection. I shared this as a health concern about my dog, not as an accusation. Shortly after raising that concern, I learned my account had been flagged and I was no longer allowed to book appointments. During my conversation with management, it was mentioned that my dog had shown some "aggressive" behavior. This had only ever been brought up to me once in the past, very briefly and in a way that did not seem serious at the time. There was never any indication over the years that continued service would become an issue. I apologized if my concern came across harshly, but the groomer Julie ultimately decided not to continue service. After a decade as a client, I'm disappointed this was the resolution. My intention was simply to advocate for my dog's health. I also have to be honest that the haircuts were often not quite what I hoped for, but I continued going because they were my dog's first and only groomers until now. Our dogs are our best friends. They rely entirely on us to protect them and speak up for their well-being. I never expected something so important to turn into such an uncomfortable situation. She kindly advised it'd be best to utilize CBD and bring him in muzzled for his first time since he does throw warning bites to new faces. To my surprise, Ryu did gravitate towards Estrella, and did not try biting and she was able to complete the full service with no issue. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and it made me feel very calm as well knowing Ryu was in great hands. Worth every single penny and I will definitely be bringing him back here always. I don't think I've seen her this white in a while. Unfortunately, my dog had a little poppy accident and Estrella was so nice and understanding about the situation. She even helped with suggesting a new diet for her so she can be healthier and grow a nicer coat. Such a great help. Her prices were also reasonable as well. They should have named it "unpuffy tail") back to it: grooming happens now because our boy cat has asthma and whenever his hair gets super long it triples this pretty bad dry coughing attacks. I figured it out after bringing him back after trying this years ago and like magic he stopped coughing. So we continue every 4-5 months. Hector did a really great job, it took an hour, they are pricey though- that's why 4stars for me but that's not a reflection of their work. Price is somewhat relative I know but for me they are $40 more than where I was going prior (great groomer/kind to our boy/ but she left.) Where are they exactly in this particular SF Valleys Shopping Plaza Maze: You will find them in this plaza with the biggest bldg being a CVS facing Ventura. Head in off Ventura or that next side road, and if you were standing straight in front of cvs with your body.... Go RIGHT- the groomers are on that side, and their store front is FACING the side of CVS. PARKING: You can park in front of CVS OR you CAN drive to that little right side too! If you do you will pass Puffy or unpuffy tail which will then b on your right w/ the side of cvs on your left. Parking in small slots back there. ROCKSTARS, or just busy people: You can also double park in front of the groomers, haul-ass in and drop off your pet/ and haul-ass back out and drive. Alley size street only has enough room for one and a 1/2 cars;) PT has only day-walker times - check their times yourself but I believe by 5pm, they're out. Try um. See what you think. The first time they told me they were late, the appointment was at 2 pm they got to my house at 5 pm and when I complained Patty said that she was going to leave because of my "attitude". Them because it was getting dark she could only do my 2 little dogs. And I had to cancel my appointments for the next day to accommodate her coming in the morning for my other dog. Unfortunately, we scheduled another appointment for my 3 dogs in 2 months. The same happen, Patty was late again saying she was about 2 hours from me and it was 1 pm already. Our appointment was at 2. She texted again at 4 pm and again which was too late to start my 3 dogs. She said she would come at 9 am the next day (Monday). She texted and told me that she could not switch the other dog owners. To me, she said she would come at 9 am, but she then did not and told me she could come on Wednesday at 9 am. She did not show up. This is a person with little respect for the dog owner's time. I work at home providing telehealth and can't interrupt my sessions to open the garage door and hand my dogs to her. It would be unprofessional and unethical. Patty feels entitled to do whatever she wants, showing up (when she does) 3 hours later saying that we need to understand she has 400 dogs to groom. If you have all day to wait then it may work, but if you are a professional who works from home, you are in serious trouble. Don't waste your time. I unfortunately did.

I only come here twice a year for my two dogs birthdays. One bone cake can cost around $35.99 which is a lot but my dogs love it. The cakes my dogs love. They have a variety of different flavors. From what I remember they have cookies and cream and peanut butter. My dogs love peanut butter so I usually get that flavor. The small dog bone cake is pretty big and the large one is massive. The small would honestly be good for a couple small dogs or one large dog but if you have multiple large dogs, you should definitely get the large bone cake. One thing I will say is if your dog is highly allergic to certain things, make sure to check the ingredients list for their items. When you go in the bakery, they list the ingredients out and the staff can tell you too. I also love how they sell the cookies that are damaged or broken for a cheap price. A small bag of these is around $2 which is great if you don't know if your dog will like them. Staff here is great and there is parking in the back of the building. Overall, def must try if you want to get your dog a bday cake or a cute treat!
