She kindly advised it'd be best to utilize CBD and bring him in muzzled for his first time since he does throw warning bites to new faces. To my surprise, Ryu did gravitate towards Estrella, and did not try biting and she was able to complete the full service with no issue. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and it made me feel very calm as well knowing Ryu was in great hands. Worth every single penny and I will definitely be bringing him back here always. I don't think I've seen her this white in a while. Unfortunately, my dog had a little poppy accident and Estrella was so nice and understanding about the situation. That's his idea of customer service - insulting someone for pointing out how ridiculous his message was. And then I mentioned just because he has messaged me rudely now by saying that I am being "smart & tough" I messaged him back that now he deserves a rating on Yelp - and then he tried to justify it by saying he was "out of the country because of a sad family moment." If that's true, learn how to pause your business or set an auto-reply or reply from there in few days. Don't pop up half a year later acting like you're doing me a favor. If you enjoy rude, clueless communication and zero professionalism, maybe he's your guy. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find someone who actually respects their clients' time.

Our appointment was at 2. She texted again at 4 pm and again which was too late to start my 3 dogs. She said she would come at 9 am the next day (Monday). She texted and told me that she could not switch the other dog owners. To me, she said she would come at 9 am, but she then did not and told me she could come on Wednesday at 9 am. She did not show up. This is a person with little respect for the dog owner's time. I work at home providing telehealth and can't interrupt my sessions to open the garage door and hand my dogs to her. It would be unprofessional and unethical. Patty feels entitled to do whatever she wants, showing up (when she does) 3 hours later saying that we need to understand she has 400 dogs to groom. If you have all day to wait then it may work, but if you are a professional who works from home, you are in serious trouble. Don't waste your time. I unfortunately did.

I only come here twice a year for my two dogs birthdays. One bone cake can cost around $35.99 which is a lot but my dogs love it. The cakes my dogs love. They have a variety of different flavors. From what I remember they have cookies and cream and peanut butter. My dogs love peanut butter so I usually get that flavor. The small dog bone cake is pretty big and the large one is massive. The small would honestly be good for a couple small dogs or one large dog but if you have multiple large dogs, you should definitely get the large bone cake. One thing I will say is if your dog is highly allergic to certain things, make sure to check the ingredients list for their items. When you go in the bakery, they list the ingredients out and the staff can tell you too. I also love how they sell the cookies that are damaged or broken for a cheap price. A small bag of these is around $2 which is great if you don't know if your dog will like them. Staff here is great and there is parking in the back of the building. Overall, def must try if you want to get your dog a bday cake or a cute treat!
