Once you find it (not close to entry doors) there were 4 green lighted check in "registers" but only 2 people to check people in. So then you have to walk quite some distance to get to the elevators... find you no one is helping you carry the bags nor was there a cart to use. of course the room is very end of the hall, but not a problem. However, the room did have a fly in it. Not sure where it went. I then looked room service and there is what you have to scan QR code that brings up a website that doesn't work very well, so you have to reload it several times. Once over that hump there's only one restaurant that is open at 8:20 PM. And you can't order room service from anywhere else. What the hell? OK so instead of wrestling with the Bad website, I decided to go down and order to go. Mind you I didn't see that you could do this from the Room Room or the QR code website. I have to look it up on a different website. So I go down there and the single restaurant that was open was pretty unimpressive. After I ordered and paid for mine to go, I saw bug crawling across the counter. Once back in my room, there was a mosquito in there I mean again what the hell? As I ate the pad Thai, it really wasn't all that good so I don't even know how this place is making money except for the gambling. And there is a place to get money at every turn you make. I would like to never stay here again.

The room: check in was incredibly easy and they have a kiosk for self-service. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the typical ammenties one would look for. I assume most people who stay at casino hotels don't aoend too much time in the room, but if one did want to do that then this is a great choice. The bed was nice and soft, pillows fluffy, and the bathroom was spacious. The gym was a typical hotel gym. There was an elliptical, bike, treadmill, and a bench with weights. I only used the treadmill, which seemed a bit old but did its job just fine. Downstairs you will find a Dunkin and pizza place. The Dunkin was perfect for a quick breakfast. The egg bites came out piping hot and were delicious. The latte was standard. The customer service was great. The pizza place is meh. Thick crust, thick layer if cheese, not many toppings. I would skip this next time. The casino itself was quiet but it was a lot of fun. I found a blackjack table and the dealer was super nice and taught me the rules. I had a great time.

They didn't tell her not to do it, she didn't get in trouble, they just didn't give a damn. It was mostly a fun time but that kid threw so much things at me and my sibling and it was so annoying and painful. People really need to teach their kids better.

You walk in for a snack and next thing you know you're sittin' at a penny slot, holdin' a beer you don't remember ordering, wonderin' where your gas money went. And then... the bathroom. Cowboy, I walked into that stall and froze like I saw a rattlesnake wearin' boots. Right there in the wall was a random hole, just starin' at me. Not patched. Not explained. Not small enough to ignore. Just sittin' there like part of the experience. I didn't know whether to: * report it, * inspect it, * or get the hell out before someone on the other side blinked at me. If only the ponies were running during my Friday afternoon visit…read more.. I brought my elderly father here on a Friday afternoon so that he could play slots. I play craps, and this place doesn't have table games, so I spent my time at the bar playing card games on my phone. This place seems to have plenty of slot machines. It didn't take Dad long to drop his $200, but such is gambling. The other geriatric patients that I overheard in the restaurant seemed to have the same experience. Though this joint is clean, it smells like an ashtray. I wish that casinos would consider that most people don't smoke these days. But, apparently the people who suck down heaters still drop money in their machines. Oh well. Parking here is free. The place is easy to navigate. If not for my dad, however, I wouldn't come here. And I definitely wouldn't stay in their hotel. If they added some table games and sent the smoking clientele to the back 40, my opinion might change.

7 years later, and attended another conference here. I arrived at 1pm, having to assist in setting…read moreup the conference, only to not be able to check in until after 4 pm, meanwhile other conference attendees were able to arrive and check in between 2-4pm. The rooms are assigned before you get there, not first come first served. Golf tournament, they did nothing for attendees, as indicated in contracts. Food? Horrible. Rooms? Dirty, one towel for 3 nights (no housekeeping until the 4th day of stay) and an attitude when you try to get towels from the desk. Checkout is at 11, got to my room after closing ceremonies at 1105 to grab bags (I checked in 20 minutes after guaranteed time, mind you) to find the room key was deactivated. Staff couldn't open the door for me, to retrieve my already packed bags, "by new policy this morning". Also, the conference area is through the casino- so you have to show your ID to even attend the conference WHICH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ENTRY OPTION. This is a horrible establishment, of which's operating procedures also make absolutely no sense. 0/10, would not recommend.
