There were delays, excuses, etc. Update - Grant (the owner) said he'd report this as a fake review but it is honest and accurate. He claims to have had "a ton of fake reviews," but as I told him, if you do honest work and take care of your customers, you'll get a ton of good reviews. Bad reviews aren't necessarily fake - especially if you get "a ton" of them. It is a sign you need to do better. A little goodwill goes a long way with honest people. They have a few good employees, but I'll never work with Grant again or at least one of his employees, who proclaims religious values while lying to you and trying to cheat you out of the money you've paid them for work.

Probably even left things better than they found them. Yanik did all of the irrigation sprinklers/piping repairs and was great to work with. When he was finished he made sure to let us know everything that was done, made sure our controls were all on and working and walked us through all of that! For reference: lawn was aerated and fertilized, sprinkler head replaced, irrigation line run to attach to existing line, Excavated existing sprinkler valves, repaired diaphragm on leaking valve, installed new backflow devices 6" above highest sprinkler head. After asking what was a good time for me, she said a service tech would be out this morning to service my machine, and would call when on his way. Anthony from the co. arrived, listened to my explanation of the what happened with the machine, said, "I might be able to recalibrate this," and went to work. A few minutes later my washing machine was working. Anthony was low key, friendly, and a good listener. I so appreciate finding a good appliance company. The cost with a check was $107.00. Also, interestingly, Anthony said not to wash jeans or pants with other clothes. That was good for me to know. 5 stars!

My call to the company was a great experience. I had a refrigerator which was loosing it's cool…read more(haha). The phone rep efficiently accommodated me and scheduled an appointment within a couple of hours. CP arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem in no time. The rep replaced a broken fan motor. He also made another fix, free of charge. My frig is now working great. When I asked him to look at my dryer, he did so with no additional charge. My dog loved him. The poor guy was very patient as my dog became somewhat obsessed with his gloves and took them out of his carrying case. The rep was a doll. He was courteous, friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. Service was a bit pricey, but that seems to be the norm in the appliance repair biz.

I had planned to purchase a second battery, but they encouraged me to try it with one.
