Mind you this is all happening at around 10 at night so we didn't expect the best service but we were proven so wrong. Right when we walked in the staff was very welcoming this one staff member in particular David parent went above and beyond for us. David had a friend come help us out with our car problems and they both told us what was needed and got us back on the road within 30 minutes max. We come to New Mexico often so anytime we have more car problems you bet we're coming back here!!

I can't even begin to explain the indignity of having my concerns completely dismissed by the men at the counter who had not the time for my doubts. Or the absolute frustration of them not doing me the simple favor of double-checking the lot number of the dubious product they sat down before me. Or the outrage of being side-eyed and ignored by those same staff when I CAME BACK IN, indeed needing a different product than what they gave me (as I not too delicately tried to tell them before they'd already wasted an hour of my day). Or the boundless incredulity at their utter refusal to listen to my words even as I pointed at the clearly-marked product number on the thing and said "I need a 94R, this is a 96," but speaking over me to tell me that it was exactly a 94R. Oh, that's when the guy who previously ignored my second plea for assistance in order to do some very important cart pushing recognized the issue--dirty rotten stockers putting stuff on the wrong racks--and things began to very slowly become clear for all involved. No, I can't even begin to tell you. Instead I intend to tell their GM and/or regional office. Thanks for the big ol' 10% discount, gentlemen, and your laughing apology for your folly, but that in no way makes up for what is either an antiquated assumption about a woman's place in an auto parts store or else a general lack of decency in assisting customer concerns.

Miller Casa Chevrolet handled the original paperwork/process. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly by speaking with the finance manager, but I have consistently been given the runaround. Recently, my calls have gone unanswered, even when transferred by sales staff or when notes were personally delivered to him. Each time I have requested to speak with the General Manager, I have been told he is either unavailable or in a meeting. Instead of taking responsibility and correcting their mistake, the finance manager suggested trading me into another vehicle and referred me to a salesperson, who also failed to follow up. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and a major disappointment. A dealership should stand behind its customers and work to resolve issues, especially when the problem was caused by their own error. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service I have experienced speaks volumes about how this business operates. I have all documentation to support my claims and show exactly where the dealership made the mistake, yet they continue to avoid resolving the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet.
