My experience in one word: "mansplaining."…read more I've been driven by "customer service specialists" to such trembling anger only a handful of times. This place, and the staff therein, did it. I can't even begin to explain the indignity of having my concerns completely dismissed by the men at the counter who had not the time for my doubts. Or the absolute frustration of them not doing me the simple favor of double-checking the lot number of the dubious product they sat down before me. Or the outrage of being side-eyed and ignored by those same staff when I CAME BACK IN, indeed needing a different product than what they gave me (as I not too delicately tried to tell them before they'd already wasted an hour of my day). Or the boundless incredulity at their utter refusal to listen to my words even as I pointed at the clearly-marked product number on the thing and said "I need a 94R, this is a 96," but speaking over me to tell me that it was exactly a 94R. Oh, that's when the guy who previously ignored my second plea for assistance in order to do some very important cart pushing recognized the issue--dirty rotten stockers putting stuff on the wrong racks--and things began to very slowly become clear for all involved. No, I can't even begin to tell you. Instead I intend to tell their GM and/or regional office. Thanks for the big ol' 10% discount, gentlemen, and your laughing apology for your folly, but that in no way makes up for what is either an antiquated assumption about a woman's place in an auto parts store or else a general lack of decency in assisting customer concerns.

I am always greeted with a smile and have only had to wait on a part one time it was fast tho. The store is clean and since covid masks are required to go inside and all employees wear them and are behind a plexiglass thing. There was also hand sanitizer available.

But after dropping off my truck after hours, Rich was very helpful in keeping me up to date while we wait for repairs. In the meantime they offered me a loaner, which I quickly accepted. Expecting Chevy Malibu or Ford Fiesta, imagine my surprise when I was taken to a jacked-up 4x4 off-road Silverado. Now, prior to this I've always somewhat discounted people who drive around with huge lift kits and truck nuts, but let me tell you, it is FUN looking down on all the tiny people in their tiny cars. I'm basically eye level with semi drivers. Only drawback is my penis has shrunk over 63% since I started driving it but I'm really hoping the side effects will reverse once I get my regular truck back.

"it's the transmission, there's two transmissions in front of you". no. i'm not doing this. you already kept it almost three times longer than you told me you would. i had to call every single day for an update. and you still called my husband instead. not a good look. if you're looking to get work done on your car, do yourself a favor and take it to a locally owned mechanic that will listen to you about your car. especially if you're a woman.
