They feature a range of shops where you can order and pride themselves with super fast delivery. Or, as they call it: Zuper fast delivery. In the past months, I've ordered a few times from Zuper, because a busy daily life does not always allow to go shopping as required. In this case, Zuper came to the rescue. Using the service is super easy: login to the website, select the location for delivery, pick a store, pick your product, pay and done! Delivery is said to be super fast, and it is. Even when they advertise with 2 hours delivery, every time I ordered, my delivery arrived faster. The first time I ordered, I had the goods within 1 hour! Of course, you can also book for delivery at a later time slot if that's more suitable. The people that do the delivery are very friendly and professional, and when I added something that was not in the online shop, they actually picked that up as well. They offer to unpack the goods in your kitchen if you like, and they properly use isolation bags where required. The delivery rates are very modest and for many stores the prices are the same as in the shop. I will certainly be using Zuper frequently. For me it's the perfect companion to a busy life and the fast delivery allows me to plan more spontaneously than the classical shops where I have delivery in a few days.

Coke bottles were 1.25 euro, as opposed to 2.20 or 1.90 elsewhere in the area. Excellent Orange Juice - freshly squeezed 1 liter was 3.99 Euro. Candy, cookies were also reasonably priced. They have a good selection of croissants. As for lunch, they have warm (hot?) self serve items, plus soup and some cold stuff. Had Chili chicken (Indian) with rice. You pay by weight per 100g. They also had a special Austrian Chicken dish, and several other dishes. Food was good - price was moderate (not cheap, nor expensive). We had been trying to find reasonable priced grocery/food place, and this was a good find for our 4 day stay in Vienna.

They also offer a daily special menu such as pasta or Teppanyaki which the chef will cook freshly for you once you order. The food is good and refilled frequently so it's always warm. They have hot dishes such as lentil curry, paprika chicken, burger, tomato pasta, mixed vegetables etc... For salad there are cauliflower, green beans, red beet, cous cous salad etc... In the refrigerator side they have sandwiches, small already -made lunch boxes, fruits and juice. They also have few choices of pastries. Unfortunately it gets quite crowded inside so it might not be a very good idea to sit in to eat. I would recommend to find a bench along Kärntnerstraße to enjoy your lunch. During the summer, Henry sets up sitting area outside Billa so there would also be a great choice to eat!

The chocolate is still made by the same family that has owned the shop for generations. This chocolate shop has drawers of chocolates to sift through. This used to be a button shop for the royalty. The drawers were full of buttons that the royalty could pick from to be on their clothes. Now the drawers are filled with buttons of delicious chocolates. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Besides, who could be sour in a chocolate shop. It was some of the best chocolate we have ever had. We are keeping the hot chocolate mix for our trip to Tahoe later this year. It will be a way we can relive our amazing trip. I wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so friendly and helpful in selecting our chocolate. I gave it one Euro sign, but you could easily get carried away in here. We spent over $40 of chocolate because we knew we weren't going to be back anytime soon.
