I worked with the company for about 2 1/2 years and loved forming the relationships with all the furry clients and with Brendan(owner) and Elizabeth (operations manager) . You can rest assured the team members caring for your fur babies will love your pets and give them wonderful care, as I did. They also spend as much time as needed communicating with owners to book services, or answer any questions or concerns you may have. Brendan is one of those bosses that truly appreciates your hard work and always lets you know it. He is honest and fair in all aspects of his business. I have worked for other pet care/boarding business in the New Orleans area and can honestly say I would much rather have my pets stay in the safety and comfort of their home than go to a boarding facility. When I had to go out of town I had no doubts that my dog and cat were in good hands with the K9 team. I got an emails at each visit with an update on how they were doing and pictures. They use an app that lets you tracks what time they come and go from your home, where they walked your dog, and provides you with an update and pictures from the visit. K9 will accommodate all kinds of requests that you need or just want for your pet. I would recommend K9 Second Line to everyone, every time!

I knew that no matter what happened, Brendan and his team are licensed, insured and trained to handle anything related to my dog and were also going to look after my home. My dogs can be a little timid but they warmed right up to Laura during our initial meeting. It's obvious she is a true animal lover. I returned home to a clean house, with no trash, my mail brought in, and two happy pups. Laura even leaves progress notes from every visit. On my second trip which was this weekend I decided to put a camera in my apartment to alert me when someone came in (nest camera). All i can say I was shocked and horrified. The arrangement was for him to walk her at least 3-4 times a day with one of those walks to be 30 mins, to stay overnight and fed twice a day. Well, she got fed at 1030 one day and only was walked for 10 minutes each time and didn't get fed till 1030 that night. Yesterday he should up at 7 am fed her came back at 330 for a 10 minute and never showed back up last night. I had to call a neighbor to have him feed her and cut my trip short and arrived home at 10 pm last. I texted him but there was no response only to ask how it was going. Here it is 9 am on Sunday and he still has not showed up. So I beg you please do not use this guy, he does not deliver his what he promised. I plan to put this on Facebook so the word can spread that this guy cannot be trusted with our precious pets.
