I hired Kelly with Wags CdA to take care of my three pets this past weekend, one of which is a diabetic cat who requires insulin injections twice daily at 12 hour intervals. My pets are my babies, so for me to trust someone else with their care is a very big deal for me. I immediately felt comfortable and confident in Kelly's ability to care for my pets during the meet and greet. While we were away, Kelly made it a point to keep his injection schedule as close to normal as possible even though it meant her visiting my home at 10pm which I believe was a bit later than she would have hoped, but she did it without complaint. My outdoor camera alerts me to any motion in my driveway / garage area and I know for a fact that she adhered to the visitation schedule 4x daily while we were gone. We did run into a snag where one of the visits was skipped and after an emotional outburst on my end (which Kelly handled like a pro), it was discovered that the mistake was on MY part, NOT hers. I failed to double check the dates on the quote she sent me and she thought I was returning home a day earlier than I stated because I did not notify her to make the correction before we left town. Needless to say, I feel like a jerk. Long story short, when it was discovered there'd been a missed visit, I texted Kelly to please go check on my babies as I had not yet returned home..... it was 4am when I texted her, she responded as soon as she woke that morning, about 6am and headed immediately to my home to resume visits until I returned home later that afternoon. For that I was extremely grateful, but I did let my emotions control my attitude and actions towards Kelly and for that I'm am truly sorry for causing her unnecessary stress and pain. Despite this bump in the road (that I again stress was MY fault), I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly for your pet care needs. She was reliable and professional and had it not been for my own stupid mistake, my pets would not have had to suffer that missed visit the night before. They have forgiven me, but I hope Kelly can too. read more

I was recently introduced to Wags by word of mouth from a friend, and all I can say is, wow! In the past month, I have used them 2x (my pups LOVE Sophia!!), but I know all the sitters Kelli has working with her are amazing :-) The first time was for a long weekend, and Sophia sent pics of happy pups, which gel good to know that they were being well-cared for while we were away. When we got back, while the dogs were happy to see us, they weren't frantic and stressed. They were actually kind of like "oh hey mom and dad , welcome back- we are just going to chill for the rest of the night." It was awesome! I have also used Wags for check-ins if I have a busy day at work and my husband is traveling, just to make sure dogs are okay. Sophia went above and beyond to take care of one of my pups who got sick- while I was working with my boss for the day. What could have easily been an incident that added extra stress to the day, was handled by a professional. I am so grateful for Wags and will definitely be using them in the future! read more

For anyone that has a fur baby that you adore, Wags CdA is amazing! Here's our scenario...we make sure we have someone stay with our fur baby BEFORE we make vacation plans. We got to meet both Kelly and Leah prior to the stay and they were both so good with her and we felt very confident leaving Bella in their care. We got daily pictures of her too. The house was even spotless when we arrived home not having any sign that they had stayed for a week! We are so glad that we have these trusted pup lovers to stay with her when we go away. read more

I had an outstanding experience working with Wags CdA! Kelly was able to accommodate a last minute request to care for my extremely geriatric lab. Having in-home care was so much less stressful than a kennel and necessary given the declining health of my dog. Communication was excellent with Kelly and I felt very comfortable having her care for my high-maintenance dog and accessing my home. Kellie is amazing! I have an older dog with a lot of issues (including occasional seizures and all the trials that go along with them!) as well as a complicated med schedule. I was out of town for 5 days and returned to a calm, happy dog. The quick text updates and photos were very reassuring and allowed me to enjoy my vacation without worry. I have used Wags several times with complete peace of mind . I've never been able to leave my Dog with anyone else or in a boarding kennel. Kelly, the owner is able to stay in my home and allow my dog to be in the same situation that she's in when we're home. We used Wags for the first time due to dogs not handling staying at the kennel. They were amazing! We met beforehand to allow them get to know my dogs and their routine. Not only did the dogs get to stay home and be relaxed in their own environment but they got walked twice a day, played with, and they sent photos and updates. Highly recommend using them. read more
