Evidence of the ear mites cc are present. I asked for a ballpark quote of how much an initial office visit would be followed by possibly sedating the dog to clean the ears thoroughly. I probably would do business with this clinic if the person could've given me some kind of a quote on what it would cost. They would not. I'm not trying to be rude, I am not trying to tell you don't go here; I'm just saying I can't do business with you unless you act more professionally. It is not my problem if your person who does quotes isn't there today. It is called cross training and I thank you for your time.

Pam has been doing massage work on 3 of my dogs over the past seven or eight months. One of my dogs…read morewas going through chemotherapy and the massages helped to ease the effects of the drugs. One of my other dogs is a rescue that is missing part of his hip bone due to prior trauma. She has helped him to regain some flexibility and strength in that hip and ease the strain on his other muscles that have had to compensate due to the injury. Lastly, she helps ease the pain of our old, arthritic girl who has bad knees and hocks in her hind end. After Pam leaves, all the dogs are well rested, happy and spry. Also, they charge about 20-30% more than other places, have not been very professional, especially the "manager" Lisa. If you're a cpl of min late, there should be a grace period, however, we have been discriminated when we went there. I'm disgusted that I trusted them and never going back. They let my cat Monkey die 2 yrs ago by literally dropping the ball about her care. They found some sort of ear infection on March 3, but she was never treated for it. They refused to give us a senior discount, even though my mom is a senior and also the owner of my animals. They would do anything to literally make my life hell by not helping us w/discounts, unprofessional techs, except Stephanie... very rude welcone from the manager, claiming we had missed appts - lies, just not a great place at all. They charged us $98 for follow up appt after surgery, which is normally free. It's been numerous things. I've given them so many chances, it's ridiculous. As soon as they became VCA, it's been a corporate nightmare, not personable. And when i complained they said my texts were aggressive which they weren't at all. I have them all if anyone wants to see. What are the next steps!? I'll be making sure higher ups and corporate knows. We have been a long time customer of ponti but unfortunately after Dr. Ponti retired it has changed (Not for the good) we have had several bad experiences starting with the rudeness of the receptionist all the way to the uncaring vet who won't listen to our pets issues. Just a hurry up and come back for another visit ($$$$) we will find another vet who cares.
