Paula and her daughter work as a team and they are amazing. My pup took to them like they were old friends. They treat you and your dog very well. The service was fantastic. They were quick, yet they take time to make your dog feel at home and relaxed. I feel that you can trust them and your pet gets the royal treatment. I was surprised how reasonable their services are. They had the lowest prices I've seen. I felt that I should keep them a secret, but everyone deserves the best for their pets and Paula's Pet Grooming delivers. I didn't notice this until I got home because the dogs (I have two that were there to be done) were screaming and barking - so I left quickly. I left a $15.00 tip on top of it. They didn't bother to tell me about this nasty chunk out of her eye area. Just barely missed her eyeball. On top of it their hair cuts are not the best - always had good grooming but today's was terrible. Possibly new groomer??? I'm upset and won't be taking my dogs back. I did really like going here.

Not only did Posh Paws not inform me that they took a SURGICAL blade to my dog but they neglected to tell me how irritated the skin was after. So I discovered it on my own when it was infected. Now my dog has to be on a steroid and an antibiotic. Mind you I've had this dog for years and have had him groomed for years. I take full accountability for the matting. I should have got him in sooner. But the fact that this business informed me of nothing when I picked my dog up and tipped generously is very sad and scary. If you know me you know I take amazing care of my animals so for this business to take zero accountability and then basically call me a bad pet owner is sad. I'd think twice before booking here.
