Also we do classes here as well for training and it's been great to come and learn new things with my pup, bond with him and work on basic concepts for me and my pup to thrive and work on together. They have so much to offer and we've only scratched the surface so hopefully we ll learn more like their pool training soon in the near future.

The boarding kennels are very clean, well looked after and at a decent price. I've board my dog here from as little as 2 days to 19 days and never had a problem. They have a great selection of fish.I've had my dog trimmed here more than 50 times and they do a great job! My biggest complaint...and its been an issue ever since I stared to use the boarding services. With the amount of animals boarded they somehow need to open just the boarding drop off/pickup times. The weekend hours are especially short and the limited hours have caused us to change departure and arrival times from being away for work or vacation. A good example; I've arrived back in town at 6pm on a Sunday to find they close at 5pm, so my dog sits there until 6pm the next night..with work the next day its the only available time to pick the dog up and another days boarding. I've even had to adjust flights so I can get there when they open to drop the dog off and get to the airport as quickly as possible to make my flight. I'm not sure making a separate entrance with after hours pickup is the solution but I would have paid $10+ to pick up/drop off my dog a few hours either side.

The tech finally came in and acted like a used car salesman trying to upsell a blood work panel, which was unnecessary; when I declined, she just took my cat and walked out the door. I was not allowed to be present for the physical exam. I didn't see the veterinarian until after all the work was done. When the vet finally came in, she did not have any clue what breed my cat was, said they did not do the blood work, said she needed surgery and did not offer her any pain meds or anything. When I went to check out, the front desk gal was so rude and never answered my questions. They just told me about the dates when they had an opening for surgery, which I had to set up that day. I called Tea Clinic to cancel my appointment - Bonnie was the rudest person ever. It was like she was mad that I was going somewhere else, and when I asked her why I was charged for the pre-surgical blood work that never happened, she said she was just at the front desk today and had no idea, then put me on hold. When I asked her to transfer the x-ray and other documents they had for my cat, she rudely said, "If they want them, they have to call us." Which made no sense when they transferred it all over to my current vet. I will not go to a clinic for my animals if they want to lie about a blood work that never happened, don't offer my cat any pain meds when Dr. Ray said she was in pain, etc. All they look at is the $$$ they can take from people, and if the vet, Dr. Andrea Ray, had no clue of my cat's breed, why on God's green earth do you think I would trust you with her? She is my family, not a toy! They are the rudest vet clinic I have ever seen and don't care what you want to be done. They do what they feel and know you must pay for it. The entire staff needs to take a course on loving animals and respecting their owners. I highly recommend Sioux Falls clinics for much cheaper and better care. People have bad days, but when you are at work, don't take it out on a customer who wants what is best for their animals!

Overall I really like that I can book day of. It's in a convenient location on my commute so it works well. Not the best smell walking into the lobby but not too surprising considering how many pups walk in and out each day. I don't have any major concerns and I trust they care for my pup well. One of my dogs…read morewas quite reactive during the visit and Emily was able to create a plan to provide medications to lower my dogs anxiety to provide her vaccines at a later visit. I was also able to get some information for local trainers while I was in. With the dog that we were able to check up, she was thorough in asking about any changes or concerns as well as asking questions about breed-specific issues and provided me with some great education on what to look out for!
