    Fried rice

No clue what the poor reviews are for. The nearest other Chinese place serves yellow fried rice. This fried rice is real and actually has pork in it. The buffet at $9.99 is very large with three full rows of offerings. On it you will find wide fried noodles, chicken n broccoli, boneless ribs, fried dumplings, fresh peel n eat shrimp, cut fruit including mango and pineapple and several other choices. Sure, some of the breaded chicken dishes lend itself to ask what is it but no worse than the other places in town. Also has nice dining room for eat in. Best eat in Chinese experience in the Slate Belt by far. Closed Tuesday.

Decently good. I love in a town where barely nothing delivers, so when I have a craving for Chinese, but don't want to drive, this place is who i call. The fried rice is wierd, not bad, but wierd. If you don't like vegetables, let them know, because your plate is a 1/4 vegetables.

Ordered food for the first time, took one bite and threw the rest out. It was cold and tasted old.

We ordered appetizers, but they never arrived. Our drinks took roughly 30 minutes to come out. I ordered a martini flight and unfortunately it was horrible. After waiting another 30-45 minutes after getting our drinks, the entrées finally arrived. I ordered nine oysters prepared three different ways, which were supposed to come with two sides. The sides never arrived. The oysters were just okay... I was so hungry by that point that I ate them anyway. My husband tried one and said it was so bad that he couldn't even eat the whole thing. We decided to order dessert, but after waiting another 30 minutes and never receiving it, we finally got up and went to the host stand to pay and leave. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the evening, and I truly appreciated their attitude. However, the service was extremely slow, and it appeared the restaurant was significantly understaffed. While the employees did their best, the overall dining experience was poor due to the long waits, bad food, missing items, and overall poor experience.

We are loyal patrons who have frequented this establishment for years and even chose this location to host our rehearsal dinner. Because of that history, what occurred during our recent visit was not only disappointing -- it was unacceptable. We visited to celebrate Valentine's Day. After being seated, I ordered a passion fruit mojito, a drink I have previously enjoyed at your restaurant. When it arrived, it was immediately clear that it had not been prepared properly. There was no muddled mint, virtually no mint flavor, minimal passion fruit taste, and an overwhelmingly sour profile dominated by lemon and lime. A single mint leaf floating against the glass does not constitute a properly prepared mojito. I informed our server that I did not like the drink and requested a different cocktail. I did not ask for a refund. I simply asked for a replacement. The manager approached our table and stated that refunds on drinks are not given. Again, I clarified that I was not seeking a refund -- only a different drink. What followed was a prolonged and unnecessary debate. The manager questioned whether anything was actually wrong with the drink, pointed to its color as proof that passion fruit was present, and suggested that if I did not like it, I could have a beer or soda instead. When I requested a margarita instead, I was told it would "taste the same," despite the clear and obvious difference between a rum-based cocktail and a tequila-based cocktail. The conversation became argumentative over a $10 drink -- something that should have been resolved in moments with a simple replacement. My husband, who owns a restaurant himself, attempted to explain that we had recently visited and I had received an excellent mojito made by a male bartender. The manager responded dismissively that there was no male bartender on staff. That was beside the point. The point was that the drink had previously been made correctly and this one was not. By the time the manager agreed to have another cocktail prepared, the experience had already been soured. We chose to leave rather than continue what should never have become a confrontation. In doing so, the restaurant lost the revenue from two full meals -- all over an issue that could have been resolved in seconds. When my husband, who owns a restaurant himself, explained that disputing a minor matter was costing the business far more than the drink itself, the manager stated he was "just doing what the owner told him to do." If this reflects ownership policy, it is a policy that prioritizes rigidity over hospitality and ultimately harms the business. A rigid, defensive approach over minor issues does not protect revenue -- it drives loyal customers away. Additionally, the tone and resistance we encountered left us uncomfortable and questioning whether assumptions were being made about us as customers. Whether intentional or not, I would also be remiss if I did not address how the interaction felt. The tone and resistance we encountered left us uncomfortable and questioning whether assumptions were being made about us as customers. Whether intentional or not, that perception alone is troubling and warrants serious reflection. We did not expect special treatment. We expected reasonable customer service. Instead, we were met with defensiveness, inflexibility, and dismissiveness. We have supported Flaming Crab for years. After this experience, we are reconsidering whether we will return. I trust this matter will be reviewed thoughtfully and that corrective steps will be taken to ensure future guests are treated with professionalism and respect. Patricia W

The staff were super friendly and checked in just enough without being annoying. The food was the best part for sure. Everything tasted fresh and actually well-seasoned, especially the seafood. You can tell it's not just thrown together--it had that real Mediterranean flavor. The portions were good too, I definitely left full. There's also a nice variety on the menu, so it's easy to find something you'll like. Overall, it's a really solid spot. If you're into seafood or just want something different with good flavor, I'd definitely recommend it. I'd go back for sure.

We were looking to try a different restaurant this weekend, and decided to try Seven Seas…read more We started with a yummy roasted eggplant remoulade with tomato. I put it on the fresh pita and it was an excellent starter. We ordered the Caesar Salad - it was very good - fresh, green leafy lettuce - crispy croutons, a sprinkling of grated cheese, and a delicious dressing. Next up, the Crab Bisque. I lived in Maryland for 30 years and had crab bisque many, many times. This was the first crab bisque that wasn't tomato based - it was a brownish, creamy version. It was more like chowder - although when I looked up 'bisque', it most certainly can be creamy. I might have been fine with the 'creamy version', but it lacked any crab flavor and had no crab in it - not one shred. I've never had any fish soup that had no fish in it. I took a few spoonfuls and left it. My partner tried it and came to the same conclusion. The entrees came next - I got the Seared Branzino and my partner got the Shrimp and Scallops. The Seared Branzino was okay - there were bites where I had a very fishy taste - and it was a very small piece of fish. My partner's Shrimp and Scallops came with steamed garlic spinach and mashed potatoes. The Scallops were tender and cooked perfectly - they were in a delicious sauce and had a very nice sear. However, the Shrimp were tough and chewy - we were both very surprised to have one item (scallops) so good, and another (shrimp) on the same plate, that was so bad. The steamed garlic spinach and mashed potatoes were very good. While our Caesar salad, Scallops and side dishes were very good, the rest of the meal was lacking.
