The owner insisted that it was authentic. The roast pork fried rice was tasteless, with roast pork pieces the size of a grain of rice. The roast pork with Chinese vegetables was also disappointing; there were very few thinly sliced pieces of roast pork, mostly fat, with just one water chestnut, two pea pods, a few small pieces of baby corn, no mushrooms, and primarily celery. On the positive side, the Chinese fried noodles were great. I did call to complain, but after a frustrating conversation, I informed the woman that I would never order from her establishment again. If you decide to take a chance on ordering from there, be sure to check your bag. By the way, ordering over the phone was challenging because she doesn't understand English very well.
