Booked RMT- unable to book online but was able to book via email with response promptly. RMT is only through one therapist which is only on Tuesdays... bummer, I hope there will be more options later since places like Spautopia has many RMTs so it's easy to have a spa date. Could have been a one time deal, but maybe they still honour it, I'm not sure! I got in and the staff were so lovely. The spa is gorgeous... The owner is this beautiful lady and she was the perfect person to see for my injections since I was getting them in my jaw line to reduce jaw clenching pain and to thin out the jaw line. She really knew what she was doing. Her assistant was the sweetest guy ever and we laughed a lot. 2 weeks later, my jaw is no longer in excruciating pain and my face is looking more thin. Takes 3-6 weeks to experience the full effect. Would totally recommend this place for Dysport injections!

But for the money, I thought, "how could I go wrong?" I'm really glad I bought it! When I walked in, I was a little surprised at the simplicity of the decor (for a spa) but I was greeted warmly and offered a glass of water. I was a few minutes early, so I waited until they were ready for me. When I entered the treatment room, I was surprised to see 2 massage tables and thought I should mention this because I know many people like to go for couples' massages. This would be a great spot for that. The room was fairly large and had somewhere for me to leave my clothes and hang up my coat. The masseuse handed me a pair of disposable panties (nice touch) and left me to get settled in for my exfoliation treatment. The linens on the massage table were soft and smelled wonderful. It's amazing how little touches like this really make the experience that much better. The treatment started and within about 2 minutes, I was in heaven. The sea-salt scrub they use is fantastic. The girl who was doing my treatments (Miho) was incredible. She used just the right amount of pressure and I couldn't have been in better hands. After the exfoliation, she instructed me to don the robe & slippers and head to the shower. My next treatment was a 30-min massage (I upgraded to 60 min for an additional $30) and then I had a facial and paraffin hand treatment. This girl really knew what she was doing! I've had RMT treatments that were nowhere near as good as this one. Perfect pressure, glorious orange-scented oil and pure bliss & relaxation. Wow. I can't say enough about this girl. The paraffin wax was almost too hot, but you get used to it once it hardens up around your hands. The facial left my face feeling so incredibly smooth and silky. I left that room feeling like a million bucks! The ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5-stars is due to the somewhat archaic front desk situation. They don't have any brochures describing their services and pricing - the girl just had prices written on a piece of paper to show me. They do have a package deal, where if you buy a certain number of massages, you get one free. Not a bad deal at all. I'm a little too stingy with my 5-star ratings, because when I do find a place that really blows me away, that's where I give out 5 stars. In any case, this place is really a cut above so many other spas out there and I will most definitely go back. Very highly recommended.

I normally do both a full body exfoliation and a facial after. The staff are super sweet, attentive and careful with everything they do. Sometimes they have a bit of trouble with speaking English but it's never been a problem. They are very thorough with the extraction part of the facial which I think is the most important part! They also do head and should massage during the facial. I've also tried the mud wrap which is cool. They have showers there so after my wrap or exfoliation, you put on the slippers and they walk you over to the room where the water is already running and warm, and towels and a robe is ready for you. Super nice! I also tried the acupuncture here which I recommend if you want to use your health insurance benefits for acupuncture but not into the traditional acupuncture treatment because she starts off with a massage and afterwards she targets all the needles into all the tight knots she finds. I've never had this before! My back and shoulders felt sooo much better after. Location, price and service are great. And I love how they have a ton of variety in the services they offer.

The rooms have soft ambient music playing, and the heavy sheets are super super comfortable - you could easily take a nap! I'm not well versed in their products, but various cleansers, exfoliant and peels are gently massaged into my face. Mines ended with a cold jelly mask thing. They use a lot of G.M. Collin skincare products (I also got 2 samples on my way out). My favourite part was starting and ending with a deep breathing exercise with essential oils, and also a little face/head massage at the end. The La Cachette Signature Facial regular price is $135, but I went for a limited time 50% off promo. Overall, it was a very pleasant & relaxing experience.
