They use whole fruits and vegetables. Their menu is simple: smoothies, juices, bowls. Located on the main historic walking street in downtown Loreto (Juan Maria de Salvatierra), they are open 9am-2pm. The business is small - two bar stools, six seats, and a handful more on the neighboring patio. One set of menus and ordering is done at the counter. If they're busy there may be a wait, but they always quoted a wait time so I could go for a walk and come back. I tried the Cacao Mood smoothie (twice - it's desserty yet healthy!) as well as the Açaí Berry bowl and the Aloha bowl. All were great, and felt so healthy and fresh. The staff was friendly and spoke good English for easy ordering, accepted MX or USD or card after delivering the food, and prepared everything right in front of us.

Perhaps this place has become more tourist-friendly and bland due to their location, but I think it's still a great option, especially for a large group with many opinions and palettes to please.
