The pho really hit the spot after a cold day of snow tubing in Barrie. I love the richness of the broth, a generous portion of beef slice. Simply delicious!

Good spot. Service was quick, quality of food very good. It was busy. And still the restaurant made sure it took care of its customers. Not too sure about the music vibe, but as with some Asian places, I just may not be inline with what they do. The cold rolls were great! The main, a spicy soup could have perhaps been missing something that balanced it to make it beyond excellent. I would definitely come here again.

the restaurant is small but clean and the pho, rice dish and their cold shrimp and pork rolls are tasty! I'm glad that there's a great pho place in Barrie.

The food is amazing. We always get chicken pho. They could use a deep clean but it's authentic.

Beautifully presented. Highly recommended. Take it from a Korean, Taiwanese family. This is our "Pho" place. From Angus all the way to Barrie to Collingwood, we've tried every Pho place and this is definitely our spot. If you don't like the taste of these dishes, it's safe to say that maybe Thai & Viet food isn't for you because they are very good.

Let me start off with what I liked about the place. I find that the food portions were very…read moregenerous. They don't have the Pho in Small, Medium, or Large sizes like in other Pho places I have been. It came in as a standard size which is more than satisfactory for an individual to finish. Orders of the Pad Thai dishes also came out in large servings. Our waiter was also visibly active and can be seen trying his best to provide his best service. What I did not like was the actually customer service we received. Communication alone was a little troublesome. We had a request to see if it is possible to have a little more veggies or greens added to our Pad Thai order. There was some mix up and it did not look like the waiter properly understood our request. Our waiter also appeared to always be in a hurry. After getting seated and not even having enough time to look over the menu, the waiter came to ask what our orders were. We responded that we needed some more time. He also was quick to try to remove any of the dishware from our table. It was perfectly understandable to ask to remove some of the appetizer and side dish plates, but it may debatable to instantly remove the main plate. My companion who finished his meal early left to use the washroom when the waiter came to clear his plate without having requested permission. My companion then came back to an empty spot while me and 1 other was left still eating midway through our meal. I believe there are some societal norms that are universal and should transcend cultures such as never assuming, and always asking first. Another example of this was when the waiter came with a pitcher of water and asked who wants a refill. Only one of us gestured back showing a need to refill the glass. The waiter went on and poured water, then just went on to the next person and was about to start filling in the glass. This guest diner did not actually need his glass refilled and told the waiter the same. There are a lot more of these customer service and restaurant management practices that I observed can be corrected and improved. They already have a good variety of food offered in their menu and their serving sizes are also not bad so improving on their shortcomings will make them an establishment worth recommending.

I've been to Pho Fusion a couple times now and it has quickly become my favorite Pho restaurant!…read more First and foremost their pho is to die for! The broth is light but incredibly flavorful and complex. The large size is pretty filling and comes with a generous amount of toppings (I usually get rare beef and beef balls). They also have a small size, which I think makes a good lunch size, and extra large size, which I haven't tried yet. Along with the pho they provide a plate of bean sprouts, basil, lime, and chili peppers. I've also gotten their shrimp rolls that I really enjoy. They come well wrapped (nobody wants a shrimp roll that falls apart) and taste very fresh and light. The peanut sauce that accompanies the rolls is delicious too! The service is always very pleasant and polite. They're attentive and quick whenever I need anything like refilling a drink. Inside the restaurant is modern and kept very clean, while tables are well stocked with serve-your-own chopsticks, spoons, and sauces. Overall, I can't say enough about Pho Fusion. I absolutely love their pho soup, making it my family's 'go to' pho restaurant!

Tips: - This place takes debit and cash only…read more - The hot tea is scorching hot. A couple of Wednesdays ago, after work, I had an early dinner at this Pho Anh Vu on Highway 7 in Vaughan, between Keele and Jane streets. I have passed by this eatery a number of times since it opened. It was time to check it out. This location used to be Veg Italiano. There used to be a pho place a few doors down. It is now a Turkish eatery. This small plaza does have some turnover. However, the Turkish place and this eatery have been here for at least a couple of years. I hope they remain. I got here at around 3:30 pm. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I backed into a vacant one and walked in. I was immediately greeted by a male staffer. I got to sit wherever I wanted. I chose a booth by the window. I got menus to peruse. There were two other tables with customers. It was nice. Hot tea came to me with two cups. The hot tea was exceptionally piping hot. I used both cups to pour tea into them and let them cool. I was ready to order. It took a long time to get a server to come over. The woman at the counter noticed that I was ready and flagged the male server to take my order. I got these items: - Soda lemonade - Grilled chicken on vermicelli with spring rolls My soda lemonade came first. It was fizzy, cold, and refreshing. I loved it so much. I would get it again in a heartbeat. It also helped me down my food as I waited for my hot tea to cool down. When my tea was finally at a temperature that wouldn't scorch my tongue, it was fragrant and yummy. I loved the grilled chicken. It was flavourful and grilled to perfection. The vermicelli was generous and yummy. The spring rolls were stuffed and crispy. This dish came with dipping sauce that I ended up pouring on everything. I feel that I needed more of it. I paid at the counter with a debit card. I tapped and was good. This eatery got busy after 4 pm. My guess is that everyone came to watch the Canada-Switzerland FIFA game. It got tense in the place. Eventually, Canada lost this game. I used the washroom before I left. It was beautiful and clean. It's a decent location that serves good food. The tea was too hot. Service started off slow, but was a lot better once my order was place. I'd love to return to try more items off the menu. (280)
