I do a bit of framing on the side for myself, family, and friends, and they carry a great selection of mat boards and backer/mounting boards, including archival products. I can't really speak to their in-store frame selection since I've only needed mat board and mounting supplies since I started shopping here. Their art supply selection is huge, and they carry just about anything you could need. The customer service has always been excellent - everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And if someone wasn't personally familiar with what I needed help with, they were always quick to find another associate who was. Their prices are also very fair, especially considering the excellent selection and customer service you get in return. I would absolutely recommend this Jerry's to anyone. If you've never shopped there before, I think you'll be very happy once you do!

It had been a few years since I last brought something in and I was pleased that after a few moments the owner remembered me. We looked at the poster, noticed the flaws, and determined that the poster was still worthy of being worked on. We decided on putting the poster on black foam core. I was quoted the price for the service and I paid 50% down. The owner also told me the normal turnaround time for a project like this but assured me that she would have it done before that time since the poster was holiday-themed. When I came back to pick up the poster, she had it out on the floor for all to see. We then put the poster on the table and she pointed out the poster flaws and a way to help cover a few of them. Instead of showing me where the items I was looking for were located, she only pointed towards the area in the store where they should have been. She really gave off a vibe as if I was "bothering" her. When I saw a 2nd associate, I asked her for assistance. She used the handheld device to look up the specific item I was looking for and advised me it was out of stock in store. When I went to checkout, the 1st associate I spoke with was the cashier. Instead of putting my change in my hand like I did when I gave her the cash for my purchase, she placed it on the counter.
