Even though the Bootcamp classes are still enough challenge for me, my husband decided we should venture into the CrossFit classes. I am glad he did, we're loving it! Even though I still struggle to keep up with the exercises, there's a great camaraderie around the group, we fight hard to get it done and the coaches are always there to keep us going. We felt welcomed from day one. That's why we make sure to welcome every new face we see there as well. We are looking leaner and healthier than we first started. But most importantly, we're Feeling better and happier by being part of their family. I highly recommend it if you'd like to take the first step to a better you.

Also, having the ability to put work in without being arm to arm or fighting to get my routine completed because of some broccoli haired kid texting on his phone, added to my appreciation! Additionally, there were very few instances that you would walk-in and find broken or equipment you would not allow your most disliked individuals use. Here recently, they underwent a massive overhaul and it has taken my gratitude even higher. The week that they were closed, I decided to tour the entire Bay Area and let's just say, the rest should take a lesson from Hollie and staff and the experience they provide us as clients. The other locations are far under par, and that's 5 other locations that I utilized. I personally, am proud to be a part of this center and they will continue to have my business! So I went. The class space is located in a strip mall at the corner of Little road and old 54, it is neat and clean with nice flooring and a huge wall of mirrors. They offer a variety of classes from Bellydance to Yoga and now Burlesque. If you're in New Port Richey or the surrounding areas, stop in and check them out. I absolutely love the class. Taliah is phenomenal belly dancer and her classes are always fun to attend. All ladies in the studio are very friendly and I feel like I am a part of the wonderful community. I would highly recommend to check this place out! Can't wait to my next belly dancing class!

I have issues with vertigo and don't have good balance even just standing on my feet, so being on my head for the first time in a new surrounding when I came just to stretch for a gentle yoga class was not at all what I had signed up for. Pretty disappointed all around and was shocked based on all the good reviews they got. Maybe I was just there on an off day, but I definitely did not feel any sort of connection or eagerness to return.

The retreat was filled with great classes and outings. Wendy really pushes her students and retreat attendees in remarkable ways that build strength, flexibility, and over health and well being, but still is very chill, relaxed and fun setting. Its inspiring to see someone so dedicated to the yoga lifestyle. I hope to stay in touch with Wendy and Julius in the future to attend a yoga retreat. I don't often write reviews but totally recommend. Julius and Wendy make a excellent team to say the least and are very sweet people. To bad they live in Florida I think I would become a real regular at her studio.

Supposedly this is eventually going to be addressed by corporate with new TVs. Well corporate is taking their time. Now TV#5 also has no sound, and all the TVs have a black frame around them (see pic) making them smaller than they actually are, which is a bummer. Not sure why this is so difficult (Spectrum has reportedly been there several times), but it's very frustrating to ALWAYS have issues with their TVs.

How they think you can run a business like this is beyond me. Phone forwarding exists, there is no reason it cannot go to a cell phone for whomever is on call during regular business hours. Have a comment, question, complaint, or urgent issue? Too bad I guess, better to send them an email. The phone doesn't seem to have a voicemail for as many times as I let it ring. Last time I worked out I found trash in the free weight room which I felt compelled to throw away. Weights left all over and racked. Multiple times I have had to use my thumb to tighten the allen wrench screws as best as I could on dumbbells because maintaining the weights doesn't appear to be something staff has been tasked to do (which is a liability to the business and members). The convenience of geography keeps me going here however provided a good alternative within my desired driving distance I would switch in a heartbeat.

Since the new owner took over, almost everyone has left the gym. My classes with 15 -20 people now are 6 at best. The gym is filthy, the floor in the pilates-yoga room is so dirty our feet are black when we leave. The room is 90 degrees in the summer and 62 degrees in the winter with no heating available and the air won't be allowed to get turned on till the class starts. The pool is dirty, has been closed by the health department and is now not heated at all. There is no staff on hand ever so any issues or emergency is ignored. Nobody answers the phone ever or returns messages. Totally unprofessional and so disappointing for all of use who used to love the gym and the people. Shame on the owner for turning a beloved gym that people loved that helped to provide a healthy life style and friendships into a empty building full of neglect.

Today I went in and it has to be 85 degrees or higher in there. After 20 minutes on the treadmill I felt like I was going to puke. I'm going to find a better managed place.

The people at the front desk are all very kind, especially Julie. The instructors are all amazing, I've tried to join each of their classes and they're all awesome, and helpful. Pilates in the beginning can be quite a humbling experience but I think this studio is amazing. I started with the 2 classes weekly and sure enough, I'm at the unlimited. Im currently at my 12th class and I started really feeling a difference after the 5th class. This place is amazing, worth it, so happy I'm doing it.

My only two complaints are the lack of an indoor gymnasium for basketball/indoor soccer/etc & also the kid zone has odd hours with a three hour break in the middle of the day which limits the hours parents with small children are available to utilize the gym. I'm a big fan of the yoga class and look forward to trying out some other features of the Y. Prying my daughter out of the kid zone is nearly impossible, she loves it in there!
