I chose this clinic because of its strong reviews and was genuinely hoping to have a great experience and leave a raving review myself. Instead, after spending over $3,000 on PDO threads for my face and neck, this has turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Months after the procedure, I developed visible drooping on the front right side of my neck, along with a lump and a sensation of a loose thread under the skin. When I came in to have it looked at, the nurse acknowledged this was not normal and said a correction might be done at no charge. However, I was later told by the owner that I would need to pay an additional $600 to fix it--which was extremely disappointing given that this appears to be an issue from the original procedure. To make matters worse, I followed up via email with my concerns and never received a response. Aftercare and communication should be a basic part of any procedure, especially at this price point. I also feel it's important to mention that during the procedure, the nurse penetrated into my mouth with the thread. This was alarming and could have led to infection. I managed it myself with saltwater rinses and thankfully it healed, but that situation could have gone very differently. This experience made it clear how dependent this procedure is on the practitioner's skill and the level of care provided afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. read more

I left my previous Dr because she was always trying to upsell services I was not looking or ready for, she was notoriously late to my appointments -- 1.5 - 2 hrs multiple times!!! The last time recent visit, the office informed me that my Tox membership's terms were changing and if I didn't use what I banked each quarter, I would lose my money. I'm not religious with going in for my botox. My dr was very good at what she did treatment wise, but my experiences on repeated appointments forced me to find another provider. WUB found me on Instagram. I was hesitant because this was a med spa, not an actual doctor. I asked for more information and Brandy reached out to me and asked if I wanted to come in for a consultation and we could go from there. I was extremely hestitant as I thought this was another opportunity to upsell me. I met with Brandy and she listened to my concerns and offered different solutions on how to address it, and why she thought those services would be good for my skin type. Brandy was not pushy at all and the prices for a VIP member was very reasonable and you could use it towards any services they offered at a generous discount AND there was no time limit on when this needed to be used. I booked my first 2 appointments within a couple of days: fillers for my lips and radiofrequency for my neck. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is super girly and so cute. They offered champagne, coffee, water. Nasrin was my injector. She was very gentle, informative, provided great suggestions. I am in the middle of a 6 package skin treatment with another doctor and she advised me to finish my package before I started a new series with them. No upselling or being pushy. My lips look plump and natural, not over done. She also added some filler at my jowels to smooth out the down pull. The radiofrequency was like a warm massage. I didn't want it on my face because heat activates my melasma and WUB was very respectful of my concerns and only did my neck. We had a horrible experience at this clinic. They botched my 60-year-old Mom and gave her two lips syringes for her first time doing lip filler will you read anywhere that is a big no and leads to migration and other issues with the filler. We agreed on only doing one syringe of lip filler for her first time initially and then during the procedure she decided to do another one on top of it without it being discussed early. Also, they decided to charge us double without discussing it too after they put the syringe in very unprofessional, even though after we talked about only doing one. She looked like a clown for nine months with fish lips and when we contacted the owner they stood by their work of doing two syringes on first time patient and it wasn't harmful. NOT STANDARD PRACTICE. They are only in it for the money and will drop you after your procedure, no follow up or after care. Brandi did not refund or see an issue with her work. Nassarian was the injector who decided to do another syringe midway through the procedure even though in the consultation only suggested one for the first time. I purchased 3 IPL procedures. After the first two, there was zero change (I have had IPL in the past with significant outcomes). Upon inquiry it turned out the machine was broken. I was given two additional times to make up for the unsuccessful first two rounds. Upon trying to schedule the final two service dates, I called two times and left messages, and I sent a text.
