My ink is all black, my tattoo was about 10 years old, and I have light skin tone. All these factors, I was told, make me the ideal candidate for full removal and I should see "amazing results". Three years later and I have had the worst experience with this company, their miscommunication about the process and length of time needed between sessions, along with the constant staff turnover and mishandling of appointments. Expect appointments to be regularly cancelled or reschedule at the last minute. Manager will offer no assistance in extending treatment for desired result, the again want you to continue to give them thousands for unknown number of treatments. They are constantly trying to sell you new treatments when at your appointment, during scheduling, or just trying to get assistance. It's a full money grab so they can see how much they can get out of you, it's pathetic. Rather then treating you for your current procedures and concerns it's all about what they can get you to sign up for next. I've heard great things from patients who choose Removery and they see the results that LaserAway can not provide. I wish I knew about them sooner! Stay away!

The last time recent visit, the office informed me that my Tox membership's terms were changing and if I didn't use what I banked each quarter, I would lose my money. I'm not religious with going in for my botox. My dr was very good at what she did treatment wise, but my experiences on repeated appointments forced me to find another provider. WUB found me on Instagram. I was hesitant because this was a med spa, not an actual doctor. I asked for more information and Brandy reached out to me and asked if I wanted to come in for a consultation and we could go from there. I was extremely hestitant as I thought this was another opportunity to upsell me. I met with Brandy and she listened to my concerns and offered different solutions on how to address it, and why she thought those services would be good for my skin type. Brandy was not pushy at all and the prices for a VIP member was very reasonable and you could use it towards any services they offered at a generous discount AND there was no time limit on when this needed to be used. I booked my first 2 appointments within a couple of days: fillers for my lips and radiofrequency for my neck. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is super girly and so cute. They offered champagne, coffee, water. Nasrin was my injector. She was very gentle, informative, provided great suggestions. I am in the middle of a 6 package skin treatment with another doctor and she advised me to finish my package before I started a new series with them. No upselling or being pushy. My lips look plump and natural, not over done. She also added some filler at my jowels to smooth out the down pull. The radiofrequency was like a warm massage. I didn't want it on my face because heat activates my melasma and WUB was very respectful of my concerns and only did my neck. I'm excited to find Wake Up Beautiful and plan to book additional treatments !

Instead, after spending over $3,000 on PDO threads for my face and neck, this has turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Months after the procedure, I developed visible drooping on the front right side of my neck, along with a lump and a sensation of a loose thread under the skin. When I came in to have it looked at, the nurse acknowledged this was not normal and said a correction might be done at no charge. However, I was later told by the owner that I would need to pay an additional $600 to fix it--which was extremely disappointing given that this appears to be an issue from the original procedure. To make matters worse, I followed up via email with my concerns and never received a response. Aftercare and communication should be a basic part of any procedure, especially at this price point. I also feel it's important to mention that during the procedure, the nurse penetrated into my mouth with the thread. This was alarming and could have led to infection. I managed it myself with saltwater rinses and thankfully it healed, but that situation could have gone very differently. This experience made it clear how dependent this procedure is on the practitioner's skill and the level of care provided afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
