Showed up at the date/time but was told they did not have it in their system. They seem to be really booked up, so make sure you get a confirmation text, and can prove you scheduled for that time. After about a week longer, I was able to get an appointment and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. The esthetician explained the process and asked me questions about my skin, and if I get claustrophobic, which I do. Because of that, she switched up what she was going to do. Apparently one of the treatments is a jelly-like mask that covers your whole face and some people experience anxiety as a result. So, she did something else. I felt glowy and relaxed when I left. They do try to upsell every client, which I'm not a fan of, but they were not super pushy about it. I would go back again.

Checked in with the patient care coordinator, Lyna, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to spark a conversation with. I was taken back by the Esthetician, Johanna, who explained the process before, during and after my facial to ensure I had the best routine specific to my skin. The Korean facial is a multi-step skincare treatment that gently focuses on deep hydration while repairing your skin's barrier. The goal is healthy skin with a vibrant, "glass skin" glow which is known as the Korean facial. There was several steps to this facial which is specific to your skin and needs, but generally it consists of deep cleaning, gentle exfoliation, a hydrating mask, serums, massage, and then LED therapy. I walked away completely relaxed with my face feeling and looking like a baby's bottom. I highly recommend Johanna when you schedule. Mariana made me feel completely comfortable, and we talked the whole time which made it go by so fast. She's incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions about other services at LaserAway, including lip filler and Botox. I really appreciated how informative she was without being pushy. You can tell she's experienced and confident in what she does. She's also the lead nurse, and she even offered to personally follow up for me regarding a concern I had from a prior appointment. Stay away! They do not honor full tattoo removal. I have been undergoing tattoo removal for the…read morepast 3 years on my arm sleeve and I can tell you that they are doing something wrong. My ink is all black, my tattoo was about 10 years old, and I have light skin tone. All these factors, I was told, make me the ideal candidate for full removal and I should see "amazing results". Three years later and I have had the worst experience with this company, their miscommunication about the process and length of time needed between sessions, along with the constant staff turnover and mishandling of appointments. Expect appointments to be regularly cancelled or reschedule at the last minute. Manager will offer no assistance in extending treatment for desired result, the again want you to continue to give them thousands for unknown number of treatments. They are constantly trying to sell you new treatments when at your appointment, during scheduling, or just trying to get assistance. It's a full money grab so they can see how much they can get out of you, it's pathetic. Rather then treating you for your current procedures and concerns it's all about what they can get you to sign up for next. I've heard great things from patients who choose Removery and they see the results that LaserAway can not provide. I wish I knew about them sooner! Stay away!

The service was advertised as a one-hour facial, but the actual facial lasted only about 45 minutes. The final 15 minutes were spent on an extremely high-pressure sales pitch for skincare products. The girl repeatedly tried to sell me a $399 eye cream and used several tacky sales lines such as telling me that "all of my friends would be jealous." When I declined, she was very aggresive and began adding incentives, including face wash and what she described as a "coupon that's like gold." After I continued to say no, she brought out a box of the eye cream that had a small crinkle in one corner of the box and claimed she could discount it from $399 to $299 because of the damaged packaging. The crinkle was barely noticeable, and the whole interaction felt sleazy. Did anyone else get the damaged box line? Once it became clear that I wasn't going to purchase anything, she seemed frustrated. At checkout, she tried to say that I had additional services that I had never had. When I pointed out that I had only booked the promotional facial and had no additional services, she dropped it. I'm not sure what she was trying to do there. To be fair, the facial itself was decent, and I don't want to criticize the esthetician's technical skills. However, the aggressive sales tactics and attempted upselling overshadowed the experience. If I were the esthetician, I would be concerned about the impact this business model could have on her professional reputation & repeat customers. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
