They only have 1 person working the morning shifts. anytime I try and come in the morning it just feels pointless because Ill sit in line for 20 mins just to get to the window and have one person working on all the orders by themselves. and then I ask "are you hiring?" and I'm always met with a no. if you're not hiring, you should be fully staffed & if you're fully staffed you should be able to have at least 1 worker at each window. especially in the mornings when people are trying to get to work on time read more

Love love love this place they probably have the strongest coffee stand that I know of in Spokane the BEAN is the best!! When I went to Canada their coffee everywhere was so weak I was missing this place I needed my quickfix yummy yummy ladies that work there are also super friendly and nice Usually when I come here there's a car or two so be prepared for a line where the coffee is good there is always a line definitely worth the wait and they move along pretty fast read more

Switched from forever Starbucks customer. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The coffee is very good.

I have been going here for a couple years now, and at first I loved it. But now when ever I get a lotus drink, it's 80% ice. I don't pay $4 just to get ice. It is super disappointing. When I ask for little to no ice, the baristas tell me that they can't do it and I am given a drink with no ice that is only filled up half way with the drink I am getting. I always get white coffee Americanos and I have never had a bad drink here, plus they offer protein pucks which are my favorite. They do great deals on prepaid punch cards, are extremely nice when my family and I decide to walk up there from home and stand in line at the drive thru and they are reasonably priced! read more

Absolute best coffee stand in Spokane. The girls are sweethearts;; not snobby or stuck up & they don't rush you. They always remember my drinks even though I'm constantly switching up the flavors my Americans and red bull Italian sodas. They have all my favorite milk alternatives (rice, almond, coconut, soy) which most coffee stands are lacking. Your coffee is very good your help for the most part is good. You have one employee(female early shift) that does not know what good customer service is. She has a very bad attitude and even told me if I didn't like how she waited on me and my wife not to come back. She's rude she makes you wait longer than you should have to while she bs's with other people even though she should be taking care of you. My wife and I have been in the customer service business for over 80 years combined and she leaves much to be desired. The bad service has happened on every occasion that she waited on us. I went there for the very first time the other night. It was 2 nights before Halloween at like 6:00 and the girl closing was super rude. She seemed pissed that I was there so I asked what time she closed because I thought maybe I had been there last minute or something by the way she was staring at me. She didn't close for another hour. I told her my drink and before I could ask for a cup of ice for my daughter who was sick, she walked away. I tried getting her attention one more time, she couldn't hear me. Or she just didn't want to hear me... who knows.. so when she came back to the window I asked for the ice and she didn't say anything, she turned around with an attitude got the ice came back told me my price and I gave her a 5 and she just didn't say ANYTHING so I drove off. If you're not going to be kind and happy to be a barista, give that job to someone else who actually deserves it. Also, my drink tasted like there was absolutely no flavor in it when there was suppose to be extra sweet white chocolate and salted caramel..... won't be going there again. read more
