GPS on the boat had routes mapped and made both the Gulf and the Atlantic easy to navigate. Even the clerks in the stores were wonderful! Boat was in great shape, ran well and was perfect for the 4 of us. They have many options to choose from and make renting super smooth. A refreshing experience and we would HIGHLY recommend! I rented the Sea For 226 which had a new Suzuki motor, new radio and speakers. the boat was clean and ran well. It was a pleasant experience from reservations, to signing papers at pick-up, to boat overview to drop-off and fueling. We usually head out the Sombrero Lighthouse reef or Cotton Patch reef to snorkel for the day. They have a very good selection of boats from deck boat, to pontoons to center consoles to fit every budget. Call them to make reservation, book months ahead of busy season. The shifting was tough and you just knew it was worn hard and for the $1200 price tag (plus fuel) it was def not what we were expecting. We know boat rentals are expensive but there were moments that left us uneasy with inability to reverse and the vibration over 20mph. Noted to the team but they were apathetic to it and when taking my family out that's not enough for us. Wouldn't recommend if heading out to sea for fishing or anything less than flat waters.

Rented 21' deck boat for a week in Duck Key, FL…read more DO NOT, repeat DO NOT take anything they say unless they show you the written instruction in the contract AND TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTO OF BOAT, INTERIOR, TOP AND ESPECIALLY THE PROP. They charged us $196 to replace an already beat up prop they said we damaged. Best of all they said WE SHOULD have taken a photo before we took possession and they TELL their customers to do that. NOT TRUE. Probably nice folks but not happy with their treatment. Maybe THEY should take a video of equip and prop WITH the customer upon taking possession to prevent any dispute. But that would weaken their ability to keep there boats like new at renters expense.

Be careful planning your day around a trip with this company. I got an email at 10:30pm the night…read morebefore an 8am trip that they canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants. Nowhere on their website or booking site is there a disclaimer that trips might be canceled for this reason. Then I had to email them twice to get the refund initiated after they said it would be processed automatically. Had i not watched my credit card transactions I would have been out almost $200. I shouldn't have to follow up on a refund because you canceled on me and shouldn't take 5 days after the scheduled trip to send a refund. This seems like a shady company who doesn't care about their customers so proceed at your own risk!
