LADIES if you're looking for a Brazilian or bikini wax, I'm telling you run don't walk to Jenn. I actually am not a consistent waxer, I usually only get for beach vacations but I dread it every time I have to do it because it hurts so bad.. until I met Jenn. She is a waxing expert and has figured out how to make your waxing experience as minimally painful as possible. I've been to many waxers and NONE have come even close to being as non-painful as Jenn. I usually sweat and cringe and white knuckle my way through it so I couldn't believe how opposite my experience was with her. Plus she sells this ingrown hair serum that has made it so I don't have painful regrowth either. She's funny but professional, her place is extremely clean, and she makes the whole experience significantly more enjoyable than anyone else I've ever been to. I will never be waxed by another! Also, Jenn does incredible lash lift and tints too, and has figured out a way to make it so your lashes never have that weird grow out period where they're gnarly and go in a million directions. We moved to Ladera Ranch in July 2019, and I searched high and low for someone who waxed.
