So like any/all places I try, i yelp'ed it, and saw that is had AMAZING reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I called to make an appointment and on the answering machine it said that I was able to text the phone number with any questions or to schedule an appointment. so I was able to make an appointment the next day via text, no problem. My appointment was at 11:30 today and I was seen by Brie,I told her my situation about how my dermatologist recommended I wax instead of shave due to skin irritation. Brie was so understanding, and professional the entire time! she engaged in pleasant conversation which really helped distract me for the minor discomfort i felt from the waxing process. She made me feel very comfortable, especially given the circumstance lol It really is not as painful and people make it out to be. I would say it was more uncomfortable then painful. The waxing process probably took about 20 min., if that. i am so happy with the result, i ended up making another appointment for next month! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try waxing instead of shaving, especially if its your first time. =)
