I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. If you're looking for a skilled tow for your precious cargo, Freddy is the one to call, he was on-time, friendly, straightforward, communicative and damn good at what he does. He will be the first one I call the next time I need a tow.

They were careless with handling, and when I pointed out the damage, they stopped responding. Now I'm stuck with expensive repairs that could've been avoided if they had done their job properly. If you care about your vehicle, do yourself a favor and call someone else. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers or their property.

Towed @ 4am. Absolute garbage service. Guy on the phone made my mom cry and my wife super upset. Told them $310 to get it out. Said it was a "police impound" but couldn't give them a report #? Called three police departments...no idea what I'm talking about. No record of anything. Call back myself..."Oh, that's a different truck...my bad." Told me $350 to get it out. An illuminated engine light and oil pressure below operating standards, I decided to take this to the dealership. Only newer models and sublet that work to local repair facilities, which started me down a rabbit hole. Luckily in my searches I came across this gem in Liberty Hill called J&Z Auto Works. Friendly, and they tell it as it is. This engine is dead and will need a replacement after extensive diagnostics. Then later we were able to come up with a work order that would replace the entire engine with one that has lower miles. It is cheaper to replace than to re manufacture the existing one. A few days of it being in the shop I got a call, "Your truck is done!". I raced over to check it out and was amazed at how clean it looked in the engine bay after this used engine was put in. I grabbed the keys and turned it on and it was purrring like a kitten! After 4 months now I decided to write this review, simply because it is deserved. These guys are straight forward and know Chrysler well! The whole build was explained from the ground up and I feel the utmost transparency from this experience. As I said earlier, a gem, and a rarity when it comes to auto repair.
