I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. Since it was a Saturday morning and I live several miles outside of town, I was expecting to have to wait a couple hours. Blake from SAS called me within 10 minutes. He showed up at my house 30 minutes later with a large flat top truck. Blake helped me push my truck out of the shed, so it could be loaded properly. He was very knowledgeable how large SUV's have to be loaded and secured without damaging them. My truck arrived safe and sound at the repair shop. I've used roadside assist several times over the years for my Suburban. There have been a couple times where I had to send the tow company back, because they were not equipped and/or trained on large trucks. I've even had a guy show up once to change my tire with a tiny car jack. Blake showed up with a flatbed fully capable of handling large trucks. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew what he was doing.

Evidently lake Georgetown is run by the US Army Corp. So car was towed by Cen-Tex and my wife had to go get my son and drive him to get car out of the tow lot. The tow was $300, what a ridiculous amount to rip people off! Also they damaged my car in 3 places. I called and spoke a Les, says he towed the car and adamantly denied he did the damage. The other company came out but couldnt assist right then because they received a police call. So about 10 mins Later Joe with Blue Angel pulled up and assisted with the tow. So l called out whoever was behind the phone for Blue Angel and they admitted to cancelling after having FIRST said my insurance did and basically it's my insurance's fault for not updating. My issue is that Blue Angel LIED when they could've just been honest up front. Updated: Only after I left this review were they so concerned to call so many times.
