After a rough experience elsewhere, they took their time to understand my apprehension and wanted me to be as comfortable as possible, and also give me the best possible treatment for my acne scars; went above and beyond for me! I had three Pixel 8 treatments and an intense treatment of CO2. They provided me with follow up skincare, in depth instructions, follow up calls, and two follow up appointments! Every step of the way they took photos to see my changes! I was thankful for this thoroughness I didn't receive at the last office I worked with. My skin looks amazing! The check in process is via an iPad and easy to navigate instead of filling out paperwork with pen and paper. Dr Mitchell examined me for moles and cut off a skin tag near my eye. I was nervous when he told me he would inject lidocaine near my eye socket but he assured me it would be fine and much better with the lidocaine especially if the removed skin tag bled and I needed it cauterized. He quickly injected, cut it off and cauterized it with minimal to no pain. He also removed a mole on my back to be tested and that was also quick and painless after lidocaine. He also answered questions and did a thorough exam and definitely cares about patients skin related concerns. Highly recommend this practice.

I have spent over $1000 to get scar tissue and lymp massage to see if it would help even it out. I called the office in 2009 to advise them and they did not seem very sympathetic and stated i may need to get it re-done and pay the $5000 or whatever I originally paid. Needless to say 9 years later and today its still uneven and have fat pockets that were never removed. I now live in San Diego and will most likely have the procedure re-done with a more experienced doctor to fix the lumps. My stomach looked better prior to lipo. I would not recommend this facility.

They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.
