Initial review from summer 2025: We had a coffee, a latte, and two kinds of bagels. The food was good and served quickly. The owner was our barista! She was friendly and cheerful. My family enjoyed two hot cappuccinos, one with oat milk and one with regular milk, and two great sandwiches, one grilled cheese and one ham and brie. Both were pressed and served piping, hot. Both employees were very friendly, the café lounge area had very comfy chairs, and the bathroom was clean. Popular Sips also serves local Richland ice cream, which is a dairy farm only a few miles away.
