Pharmacy staff seem to be understaffed. It takes forever to get a RX filled that you need immediately for illness. On regular maintenance drugs, they do better because those are planned out. Been shopping at the store for the longest went up there with friends skateboarder with friends bought little drink snacks you know like how convenient store supposed to, but apparently just out of the blue today. I was told I can't come back in here unless I buy something but the attitude and demeanor. It felt like she was rightly profiling me as a criminal or a thief and I felt disrespected because whenever I tried to explain what was the situation to make sure I didn't cause no trouble because this is walking distance from my house keep in mind This isn't just something where oh yeah it's not a place that you can just go before crossing that building whenever you can get the stuff there sometimes I like to go to the gas station that shouldn't be a problem. Yes, I came in there with a drink, but I let her know she acted like I was stealing from her And I feel like I'm racially profiled because I'm black with tattoos and at the time of the moment and that whole store of employment and customers of what my physical eyes can see there was nobody else with tattoos in there and I quote she said you have to leave or else I'm a call the cops you know what you did While I'm asking what did I do? You can't give me an answer so I feel like you're just racist and anyone that agrees I feel like this review should be pushed out in stone to corporate. They need to see this. This is why people get mad and disrespect the store. I'm just not gonna be that guy. She had short gray hair with glasses morning shift I don't care if she's worked there for 15 years. Her attitude needs to change. She's usually sweet. The pharmacy is slow to respond and slow to administer vaccines. The store itself is okay and the employees are friendly.

Alex is the most disrespectful employee I've ever met. Long story short, because corporate is already involved, Alex was extremely disrespectful about a tags discount and when trying to figure out how to use the app I was disrespected the whole time and yelled at. When I asked her why she kept yelling at me and to just let me keep trying she threatened to call the police on me then kept taunting me when I decided to walk away, make my purchase at full price, then leave. If you see her ( she wears a mask 24/7 you can't miss her) just avoid at all costs. read more

The pharmacy department is extremely helpful. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for anything. Including flu shots. Michelle in the pharmacy is the nicest and friendliest person there. She has gone beyond expectations to help me find vitamins ordered by my doctor, if you've seen their vitamin racks it's crazy trying to find something. Not only vitamins but tells me how long a wait I would have so I can choose to wait or comeback. The new techs are learning so are the pharmacists so give them a break. Yesterday I was prescribed medication and i put this location down since it's the closest one to my home. Bad idea. The pharmacy was sweet they really helped me but the issue is that one of my prescriptions said "take 1 tablet by mouth daily before and breakfast" as you can tell you can see where the confusion comes in. It's possible the pharmacist meant "before and after" or the "and" was a typo. I've tried calling twice and both times I was on hold for way too long. The first time I called I didn't mind because I thought maybe they were busy. I called a second time and they once again put me on hold for too long. read more

Before becoming a Yelper, if I had a bad experience somewhere I did not return to patronize the business. Since being on Yelp, I have learned to give second chances when warranted. I was in the neighborhood and wanted to purchase additional highlighters for the low price of approximately 16 cents apiece so I stopped into this Walgreens. To my surprise, I walked in and there were still highlighters left on Friday. Usually items like that are long gone by Tuesday. I grabbed 7 highlighters and went to wait in line. The line was long but a second employee offered to ring me up in photo. When I went back to photo my transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. I'm glad I went back to give this Walgreens a chance because if not I would not have found more highlighters. I also would have left this place with a 2 star review, which I rarely give out. Hopefully in the future they will continue delivering good service like this particular visit. read more

The other day my son needed some antibiotics filled so I chose this Walgreens location because they were open 24 hours and it was getting late for a cranky, sick, child. So at 7:30pm I dropped off the prescription. By 9 pm it was finally ready and I then waited in drive through pick up with a screaming baby for another 45 minutes for the pharmacist to give us the prescription. I understand we were new customers but that was unnecessary and the lady could hear my screaming baby in the car every time she asked me a question. (Which she asked me my address a total of 4 times... 4!!!) While dealing with the previously mentioned debacle I dropped off a different prescription for myself and was told it would be ready in another 30 minutes so I waited on that one in hopes that the pharmacy would be easier to deal with on another day. I was wrong. 51 minutes to pick up this one even though the pharmacy has the prescription DAYS in advance this time. I'm done. This place is SUPER convenient to my house, and open 24 hours but wasting hours of my life for simple prescriptions is just disappointing, unnecessary, and unacceptable. read more

I get to the pharmacy at 11:30 (I understand you close at midnight) but you say you can't fill a prescription to save my life that was written by a medical professional! Be prepared to wait at least half an hour before even speaking with someone from the pharmacy. There is an issue every time I pick up a prescription, either with inventory or my insurance (even though I have provided my insurance information on numerous occasions). I am so sick of Walgreens! Such incompetence. read more

Being a long time customer, I am disappointed. If it wasn't for the 24hr drive-thru, I won't be here. It used to take 5 minutes at most for someone to pick up the phone, now it takes at least half hr, one time i waited 1 hr 30 min. I could use the app or the automated machine to refill meds, but when you're working all the time, and the only time that I finally remember is when I'm in the car with no barcode to read off or scan. read more

This Walgreens is always neat and organized except for the seasonal aisle. The best thing about this place is that it's open 24 hours. I have been here past midnight so many times just to grab last minute items or even a snack. Its conveniently located on Matlock and Green Oaks and doesn't get crowded at all. The only downside to this location is that the staff can be hard to find when looking for something and can even be a bit rude at times. read more

This Walgreens is okay. I like the one on New York and Green Oaks better but I don't think that one is open 24 hours. My best friend and I went here around midnight last night just to look around at leftover Christmas stuff after a night out at the club. The store seemed kind of disorganized and none of the people working even acknowledged us when we came in or asked if we needed help finding anything. The music on the radio also sucked.
