Hate writing a bad review but it's warranted. Not enough people work here. Lines are long Pharmacy : you wait in line to ask a question but get frustrated because they are on the phone. Always. Not their fault. They need more people here. Today is the third and final time I am walking out without purchasing anything. Today's total loss of sale was $60. I won't ever be back. My wife paid for 2 prescriptions at Walgreens, total $37.08. Contacted my insurance company when I got home and found Walgreens filed a claim for both prescriptions. Amerihealth, my insurance company, paid Walgreens for the prescriptions and I should have only been charged $6.83 out of pocket for both. She went back to Walgreens and talked to pharmacey manager , Marquisha. She was combatative and refused to help. My insurance company, Amerihealth than contacted Marquisha via phone, and again she was combative refused to help. Filed complaint with Walgreens headquarters, no response. Imagine if Walgreens overcharged all their customers like this! Check your prescription costs with your insurance company. It's called "double dipping" ! read more

Walgreens hates women. They are selective on who they will and will not fill prescriptions for. Would give them zero stars if possible.

Everyone who works here is really nice, however it is the slowest pharmacy in the DELCO area. Unless you want to spend an hour in the drive through....Literally go anywhere else. This is a consistent issue. My insurance is no longer accepted at my local CVS... otherwise I wouldn't go here. read more

Almost always have exactly I go in for. Cards, toiletries, soda, medications. The pharmacy is the best around.

Don't have anything bad to say about this Walgreens... It's in a convenient location for me and almost always has what I am looking for. They usually have some pretty good deals going on. Not that I check out the ads or anything... Just usually come across them in the store. read more

Better. I have been back a few times - and they HAD the items I needed (and my very commonly prescribed medications in stock). Friendly service. CLEAN store that never seems crowded (at least when I go.). Plenty of parking. read more

As far as I can tell, the pharmacy at this Walgreens does not answer its phones. It also neither records nor fills telephoned prescriptions from a doctor. It's fine for routine maintenance drugs, but if you need an antibiotic or Tamiflu because you are really sick NOW, forget it. I believe the reason is that the pharmacy is chronically understaffed. That's probably why it's cheap and why my insurance requires me to go to Walgreens, next year, I'll change my insurance. read more

ZERO STARS!!! The worst experience that I ever had dealing with the employee Regina F.. I was switching drug stores due to insurance reasons. I had a consultation with her and a another employee and went over the four prescriptions that I needed filled. All went well, and co-pays were in line (what I expected to Pay) had three in stock and the other needed to be ordered, no problem. The next day I went to pick up the prescription they order and the co-pay was three times what was quoted by Regina F. 47 bucks to 141.00 dollars. What the Freak. She was there when picking up and i said that this wasn't right, why the increase in the co-pay. She said that she called the doctors office and it was right and walked away. I told her she could stick the prescription where the sun doesn't shine. I asked to whom did she speak with at my doctors office, she said (name) and that person is a new intern with less then two weeks at the office. Not a very professional pharmacist, should of spoke with my doctor directly, not an intern who doesn't know my health history. I will never step foot in the store and have an incompetent pharmacist fill my prescriptions. If using this store be careful if Regina F. fills your prescriptions, She is not even qualified to fill the prescriptions for animals!! I got the original prescription back, went to CVS and they had the medication and the co-pay was 47 dollars. Walgreen's will try to rip you off. read more

I went in on Sunday, I bought a bottle of suntan lotion and drove to the beach. When I finally got there, I paid to park and went and set up my spot on the sand. It was then that I realized the sprayer was broken and was dripping out a dark brownish red color, i would need to replace the bottle of suntan lotion. I then had to leave my parking spot and purchase a new one before having to pay to park again. I went back into Walgreens on Monday and requested to speak to the manager. I was directed to a pleasant woman who advised me she was the manager. I explained what happened and that I was looking for an exchange and a refund due to the circumstances and she stated that was fine so I walked to the back of the store to get the replacement and when I walked to the front she then said that she's not the store manager, that she's acting manager and that she cannot assist me. That I would have to come back on the next day as the store manager is only there from 8-5 m-f .. so I came back today, Friday, on my day off to resolve this and guess what? He's not here. He had to leave for a personal matter and I was advised they would either exchange or refund it but they could not do both. I requested that this woman contact the manager and she advised me that she could not as his personal matter would restrict his ability to answer. Attempting to maintain my composure as it's absolutely ridiculous that I was lied to once already and that there was no other manager for the store for nights or weekends which is a prime business time, I decided to accept the exchange. I will not be returning to this Walgreens or any other for the simple fact that when they supply defective devices that cause numerous inconveniences for their customers they do not handle it as they should, nor do they have adequate coverage. It's essentially children with no authority running that store after 5pm m-f. I would give no stars if I could. read more

Very Unhappy with this Walgreen's! Mainly because of the pharmacy and the staff that works there "Amy"?... They did not have my medication in stock which is horrible when you need it and they wouldn't even call around for me, and to boot I was treated with such an attitude from the pharmacist it was just disrespectful and disheartening. I will never step foot back in this store, and I will no longer spend my hard earned money at any Walgreen's Anywhere! I'd rather give my money to smaller pharmacies like neighborhood pharmacy and Rite aid. RITE AID had my medications IN STOCK and their staff and pharmacist was very nice and happy to be working. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more

If I could give them a 0 stars I would they're pharmacy is a joke. They never have enough cashiers or pharmacists or techs. They run out of life saving medications and just don't mention it until you call the pharmacist and they say."oh we should have it next month". That is one Pharmacy I'll stay away from! read more
