They deliver same day, they're able to listen and make accommodations. There's always parking and easy access in and out of the store. I'm also disabled, and amputee with one leg, and I ride in a wheelchair and they're always there to greet me open and close the doors behind me and I've never had a problem. I appreciate them I've been using them for well over 15 years and will continue as long as I'm living anywhere near them. Most companies mentioned a days long turnaround time for PCR test results, and those offering a quick result were only offering antigen tests, which is different than PCR. Though the cost of the test here wasn't cheap ($200) I had the results in 15 minutes as advertised, and since I needed the results that same day it was worth the cost IMO. Staff were friendly and seemed to be observing extreme safety measures in the face of Covid - Customers were required to wait outside and a staff member would be out to help them, staff members were wearing gloves, gowns, masks and face shields, etc.
