Always pharmacist has a terrible attitude. Yesterday I picked up some prescriptions, at 6:30 pm. I realized that my albuteral was missing. I asked him if he please renew It as I was already there. He said no. It's too late. I reminded him we still have 30 minutes before thr pharmacy closes. He insisted that he has no time to attend a long time patient. The med is prepackaged so all he's gotta due is print the label and slap it on the little box. I hear that the pharmacies in Publix are there to serve and they back it up with action. Awful costumer service all the way around Bianca from the pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional obviously she doesn't like her job The pharmacy was empty not even one person inline And she made us wait for 15 min when she came up we asked if our prescription was ready she said no When we got a call that it's ready 45 min ago All this while cvs manager was there and didn't even mentioned anything to Bianca.. The worst cvs I have been here over the last few months they're constantly rude. I just went in right now and they did the same thing as always. I was bringing my items up and I was scared every time I hear Adam she went over my shoulder, touch the screen as I have my credit card this is really fraud. I mean it someone needs to talk to these people when you're winning something up, they should not a building your privacy and reaching over to Tafa but especially when you're putting a credit card and I've never had a CVS do this I don't know what you're concerned about people stealing, but please let the manager know I almost reported her. read more

Ok real talk. They don't have flowers that are "giftable" to your significant other. Like its sometime I get into hot water with my gf, and I want to get her flowers (she lives across the street) quickest most logical option is CVS. Well today it has let me down twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, if I get killed I blame whoever is in charge of allocating the products to stock this CVS. I'm not surprised to see such a low grade for this pharmacy! Terrible customer service !! Wow like 3rd time coming here and the main pharmacist is over is life and career bad attitude and vibe he needs to look into a career that makes him happy ! Waited 15 min while he just clicked away on his computer and the assistant just standing there. When finally assisted the lady came with attitude and distress . Horrible customer service! I seldom write reviews, but the treatment and service received from the pharmacy at this particular location tops my personal list for lack of communication and unfairness. They charged us for a vaccination that we determined to be the wrong vaccination before we received it, told the pharmacist it was not the correct vaccination, and they refused to credit our charge because they were in process of preparing the injection, and argued that we were the ones at fault. Really, CVS! You won't have to worry about us as customers again. read more

Unprofessional, non-caring and rude. The pharmacist refused to dispense an antibiotic bc according to him the doctor made the wrong call. On a Saturday! When nobody can be reached till Monday. As a result a hospitalization was needed because of the delay in administering the antbx. Besides the wait is ridiculously long even when nothing is apparently going on and forget about reaching them over the phone - you'll be held on hold (and they won't even ask you if they may) for 20 minutes before they hang up. Awful service at the pharmacy, everyone is too busy to do their job. I had a prescription sent here 3 days days ago and nobody bothered to call me and tell me that prescription was out of stock. I make my way over to pick up the prescription that I assumed was in stock and ready for pickup, It was NOT. The guy I spoke to really didn't give a shit about the medication that I was supposed to be ready for pick up and didn't bother to call any nearby stores to find out if they were in stock. They have Kerastasé shampoo here which is usually only available in salons, and Bon a Bon both white and milk chocolates here!! I'm from Nevada so not sure if all CVS's here carry this stuff but I found everything I needed and everyone was very nice to me. Pleasant cashier. read more

This CVS is the worst of all! It doesn't even deserve a single star. They are super rude and never want to take you at the register even when they don't have anyone else in line.
