Very incompetent Pharmacy. I have little faith in getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. My latest experience involved 4 phone calls from my Gastrologist. The first 3 calls for meds was not received by Walgreens. The 4th call finally worked and I was able to pick up the prep 1 hour before I needed to begin for the procedure. This is just one of the issues I've had. I'm moving my Pharmacy since I have little confidence in Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy is awful. Some of the pharmacy staff is nice. A couple of them. But the rest are terribly rude and act like you're inconveniencing them when you go to pick up a prescription. The actual pharmacist is so rude and terribly slow. I can't believe corporate has not addressed this issue yet. Every time I have to go there, everyone is complaining about them. My stomach has been in knots for days, so I decided to just grab some snacks from Walgreens in hopes to convince my anxiety to let me eat. I got some lunchables, jerky and a Dr. Pepper. I found out recently that they also have delivery through doordash, so you can order anything from the store and get it delivered to your doorstep. I have always found Walgreens to be convenient but I will admit they tend to be a touch more expensive than other places. I am glad they are so quick and keep everything organized. DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY. I wished they had instead replaced the Walgreens with a rite aid bc even as they closed, they probably would've given better service than Walgreens at the moment. THE ENTIRE PHARMACY IS INCOMPETENT. ITS A SURPRISE THEYRE ABLE TO WALK AND BREATHE AT THE SAME TIME. The pharmacy was told SINCE Saturday that I needed a prescription. Went Monday when the pharmacy should finally open up. They told me they didn't have it and to come back at 2 as that's when they get deliveries. Okay, I went back, still don't have it so they told me to go tomorrow on Tuesday at two. Okay fine, one more day is fine since they couldn't do anything about being closed Sunday. It's Wednesday and THEY STILL DONT HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION? Like I go and see they have baskets and shelves full of peoples prescriptions, just not mine? Like do they even care at this pharmacy. There's no help at all besides the workers who tell me to come back the next day. And when I caved and got the Walgreens app, it's telling me I'm still delayed. How incompetent is this place for y'all to delay VERY SERIOUSLY NEEDED prescription. It shows and feels like there's no real costumer care. Biggest pile of crap pharmacy ever!!! They run out of meds, and do not answer phones! Unacceptable

Well ... I called to verify my online appointment took for a Covid test - the system never returned a verification. I applied more than once. I called the Benton harbor store (assigned by the system). Asking to talk to the store was futile. So, I called again and tried the pharmacy. I said COVID there was no mor dialogue. I was quite happy to find out that Walgreens returned FedEx packages. However after driving 15 miles to return this package I What is alarmed at them not having a printer to print off the return label that was emailed to me. This is a common service that all UPS stores and boutique like FedEx drop off service is due as it's a result of the service. The answer I received from the employee was that they don't have a printer! Very dissatisfied for such a Community Staple to not have a printer.. This was not because of a broken printer , this is because it was not a part of their service . She told me that ups will do it. Yea no dahhhh. Terribly slow pharmacy. Terribly slow service from everybody. This is an example of how a pharmacy should not be run.

Customer service is horrible. customer service training is desperately needed. Three people was in line ahead of me all black. The cashier did not acknowledge anyone with eye contact, a greeting, nothing. This included myself as well. She just took my purchases, my money and gave me my receipt. Behind me was an older white gentleman, who was given eye contact, and greeted. The cashier should not work in an inner city store if she doesn't like blacks....I will not go there again. read more
