She snaps at the girls behind the register in front of guests. All the workers look miserable around her. Customers were murmuring around me about Faith and shocked on how she was treating the workers. I asked Faith to look for a foundation for me in which I pointed to the shade and she told me they didn't have it, without checking the inventory. Afterwards, I asked the girl upfront and they checked their device and opened up the drawer and found it. I don't know if she's lazy and doesn't want to look but she's loosing business. It also seems she never wants to help on the register when the worker upfront is visibly stressed and dealing with a big line. She needs to drop the entitlement and be a good worker. She constantly pushes cards to customers to the point where people want to just leave. She also lied to me saying the Ulta Mastercard wasn't a credit card and if for some reason they put it through for a credit card that they can cancel it for me. There isn't any other card, as I researched online after. Every time I go back to this location it seems less and less people are working. If I was management I would think deeply on the fact it's probably due to Faith. I would like to continue to shop at Ulta but not if she is going to work there.

The store is an absolute mess, it's merchandised horribly, shelves are overstocked and over faced yet many sections were completely understocked with broken or empty testers, "roll around" carts are in the way all the time which would cause problems for wheelchair users, and nothing in this store makes sense. I found it genuinely difficult to find products that at my old location were immediately clear and obvious. And than there's the staff... I have never felt more unwelcome in a store than at this location, I've never had a position interaction with the staff here period. Every single time they are extremely rude, especially for me as someone who prides themselves on being kind and patient. Anytime I would ask where I could find a product I would be met with disrespect and frankly I've been lied, saying they didn't have something that I later did find myself. And the register might be the worse, employees will often either be at the register, backs turned on their phones (and not the store devices) or they will all be out on the floor talking rather and a line will accumulate before anyone notices. It is typically standard protocol to have one person at the register at all times and backup is called when more than one person is needed, but whoever is supposed to be at the registers isn't supposed to go further than the queue/cash&wrap. Overall I would highly recommend you not go to this location if you can avoid it, it's poorly managed, disorganized, and everyone there (that I've interacted with) is downright rude.

The 8oz, online for Khols-Sephora, Sephora, and youthtothepeople.com said that it came with a pump.However, when I opened the box, it did not come with a pump, which is what prompted my visit to your location. All I wanted was an exchange (I had the order number and email used for initial purchase) but the associate said that it wasn't possible as it doesn't come with a pump. She even went as far as telling me I was wrong and that the product was a refill, which it clearly wasn't, as the box was labeled. The instructions on the box even state to use one-two pumps. This is my first time with this cleanser, so l did some research and made sure it came with a pump. I called Youth To the People and asked if the 8oz comes with a pump. They informed me it does, and even apologized for the incomplete parcel on Sephoras side. The associate at Kohls-Sephora was very short with me, combating me about the return, and wasn't listening to me at all. Eventually she processed a return, even though I had asked for an exchange. I left there empty handed, now unable to use the gift that was purchased for me.
