The pharmacy does not accept GoodRx coupons. I was told at the pharmacy counter that the coupons do not have valid prices but that is not true. I was charged full price for my prescription even though I had the coupon and I called the pharmacy the day before to ask if I could use it and was told that I could. I spoke with customer service with GoodRx and they called the Walgreens pharmacy and they were unwilling to accept the coupon. With the overall look of the pharmacy and pharmacy area and the customer service. It is not a pharmacy that I could ever recommend to anyone. read more

Saturday Nov. 30, no staff, pharmacy closed. Not good! I am supposed to pick up my prescription for bronchitis today.

I came here for my COVID 19 vaccination and the entire staff was warm and welcoming and helped me fill out the forms on the sections that I was unsure how to respond. While waiting for my vaccine, I browsed the aisles and I had several people ask me if I needed hope finding anything. The staff is working triple duty to get people vaccinated. They are administering 78 vaccinations today!!! Show them your appreciation and some extra kindness.! I am incredibly grateful. read more

Worst place ever. Long lines, them when stepping up to the window the first response to most people is "We don't have a prescription for you". Then when they check again it is usually "It isn't ready yet" and they have you take a seat and wait. Then you have to get back in the line after hearing your name called over the loudspeaker saying the prescription is ready. This happened at least 3 times while I was sitting there. Try anyplace else because this pharmacy has no idea what good customer service is. read more

Tracy (the older heavy set brunette lady working) needs to realize she's there for customer service for customers like myself trying to get what they need. Not to get mad the she has to walk to the back of the pharmacy to find what I needed. Walgreens Transferred my prescriptions after they did not take my Moda insurance to Riteaid who then tell me they are nontransferrable after Walgreens talked me into doing it saying it was no problem to do it. Now I have to wait hours for them to fix the mess they created. Obviously do not know their prescription business very well. Later when I called to check on status of prescription it said "in process" for over 2 hours. Finally I insisted on talking to the actual person and they said something like "oh it's been ready for hours" and I said well that is not what your online system says. So I wasted 10hrs of my day getting 2 simple prescriptions filled because I listed to the girl working at the window who obviously doesn't know anything. Just acts like she does. Today my wife and I got prescriptions filled at your store in Canby OR. Sarah was the pharmacist and Tasha was the tech. The service was phenomenal! My wife has some complicated rx's and Sarah was on the phone with the doc making sure everything was right. It was all handled by the time we got there. Tasha was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have been through some tough times and it was nice having people so concerned with taking care of us (and they don't even know about the tough times). They are both excellent assets to your company. We've had sketchy dealings at other Walgreens. We have had excellent dealings here. read more

Rude staff in pharmacy on Sunday. I don't care if a refill is considered a felony on some substances. Call it what you want but usually they aren't sent electronically. That's new to me. I don't need to feel like a POS for picking up a prescription I've been on for YEARS. You aren't my doctor and thanks for making me wait 10 minutes for a consult for a med I've been on years and have had filled at your location for years. Your answer "we are busy and only open 4 hours Sunday's" well take 10 seconds and I'll be on my merry way. Consider yourselves lucky you have a job with your poor attitudes. Called with questions about the Pfizer covid vaccine. Spoke with Tracy I think the name was (a woman starting with a T). Ridiculously rude and began arguing with me right away. Just wanted to know if they had any openings in the next few days for my second dose because its closer to where I live than the one I got the first dose at. Wouldn't even answer my question or listen to me just started raising her voice and talking over me. Horrible customer service for such a simple yes or no question. Also gave complete opposite information as other Walgreens I have called. read more

Just awful experience going in for some beauty products and toiletries! We went in we saw a good deal on our Walgreens app. We typed in our number but the coupon was not applied I asked the cashier and rudely said i don't know. She did not even bother to look at it and kept looking at the person behind us. And said I have people waiting cmon it was just a question.We simply asked a question and she replied with we don't do that it has to be done online. It just made me mad that she didn't even try to help. So we told her to cancel our transaction we were going to keep on looking and she got even more mad gave us an eye-roll. Never got her name she has short black her and her eyeshadow was really really noticeable. Just a bad experience. read more
