This Walgreens is a traumatic waste of space. The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacists themselves, are some of the most useless and unhelpful people you will ever have the misfortune of handling your medication. I completely understand the pharmacy being busy, or having employees call in sick, or being short staffed in general. I have an incredible amount of sympathy for these situations. However, this is something else entirely. Not a single person in this store is in any rush to do their jobs. There is not a shred of urgency in any action, except for maybe when they stand there drooling and picking their noses. Whether inside the building or in the drive thru line, I have never waited for less than 15 minutes to leave with my prescription. This includes several times when I was actually the ONLY CAR IN LINE and was ignored while two employees laughed and chatted, but I could not leave because they had taken my card for payment and had not yet returned it. This store sucks. And it sucks because you let it. read more

I made an appointment for my flu shot yesterday. There were lots of time slots available, so I assumed that they wouldn't be busy this morning. Boy, was I wrong. There were cars in the drive thru and 3 people in line on the inside. About 6 people seated, waiting to be called. I went to the consultation window, because the other choices were covid shots and order pickup (when called). I saw maybe 4 people working in the pharmacy but there might have been more working the drive thru. It looked like controlled chaos. Everyone was busy, but they knew what they were doing. I explained my reason for being there to a nice gal, who gave me a clipboard and paperwork to fill out. Luckily, I had practiced for the test and got all the right answers but didn't sign the back. After correcting my mistake, I waited along with the other folks. The same girl who had helped me was attending to vaccinations for people who were ahead of me but got around to my shot very quickly. She was super nice, had the right dosage and delivered it painlessly. I hope things calm down soon for my hero-of-the-week and the rest of these folks who are essential for our well-being. read more

Never coming here again. My wife needed a shot for work and this location had an available time slot. Afterward, we picked up some candy and went to check out. I don't know if Barbara Ann, the cashier, was just having a bad day but she was unpleasant right from the start. The items didn't ring up properly and it was all downhill from there. Not only was she incompetent at her job, she was rude and condescending when we questioned her about her mistake. When the manager finally came over to fix the issue, the poor soul looked like his will to live was slowly being siphoned off. I feel like Walgreens' customer service has been suffering quite a bit lately but this experience hit a new low. read more

My doctor has called twice to put in the prescription for my son's strep throat. The first time was last night, so I showed up at noon today to pick it up. The drive through guy threw up his hands and said, "we don't have it." So I called the doctor back to have them call it in again. The doctor reported that after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes, they left another voice mail with the script. I called in an hour after that to check, and they told me they have to transfer me to the "fulfillment pharmacy". I'm like, who is that? And they said it's Walgreen's. And I'm like, am I not calling Walgreen's? And they said "yes, you are, but we have to route you to the pharmacy." I AM ON THE PHONE WITH THE PHARMACY WTF DOES THIS EVEN MEAN? Instead of explaining, they just said, "Please hold," and transferred me into the call queue of doom. Now I've been on hold in some random queue with "one caller ahead of me" for 15 minutes with no end in site. THIS PHARMACY IS STRAIGHT UP TRASH. My son is ill and I cannot get his medication because of the gross incompetency of this chain. This is the LAST TIME I'm dealing with Walgreens. I hope they go out of business and get replaced by another CVS. read more

Pharmacy staff is rude and clueless on how to treat customers. Originally had us wait for 45 minutes to let us know that they are unable to run our insurance benefits and to come back to figure out how to proceed. Two days later and they still haven't run the benefits and said that they are unable to refund the amount that we paid. The pharmacist manager Linda was asked for assistance and didn't even want to help with the situation. I understand that days can be long but without us as customers, Walgreens wouldn't have a need for you as a pharmacist at their location. It would be nice for the entire pharmacy staff to learn customer service skills including management. read more

This is the slowest fu**ing Pharmacy in town. Standing in line for 20 minutes with only one person checking people out and all these people with issues it's stupid. Going through the drive thru is way faster. Here is where management is failing. The person working the drive thru only handles the drive thru regardless of how many people are standing in line inside. Finally after the line got so long and people waiting forever, a pharmacist decided to help out on the other register. Now I know why this location has such a low rating. Can't even get ahold of the pharmacy. When you call in to speak with someone you are talking to someone who is not physically in the store so they have to transfer you in to check on a prescription. Just sat on hold twice for 30 mins each being the "second caller in line" until the system auto hung up on me. They have it set to where you can't call in clearly. I scheduled an appointment for a Covid test, got 2 confirmation emails, caught public transit to the Walgreens to make my appointment all for them to give me the run around and eventually tell me they ran out of test. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They don't ever know what medicine they actually have in stock. They send out incorrect notifications about your prescription status. And literally have trouble just explaining the issues with filling prescriptions and when asked have attitudes. Never use this pharmacy, they will probably screw it up. Worst experience. Please go elsewhere or to CVS! Ordered something online for ship to store. Received tracking info and stated was delivered to the store waited four days and no ready for pickup email. Called and spoke with guy who couldn't find it and said I'd have to talk to fedex then said he found it. Received the ready for pickup email so went to store and the lady at the photo counter couldn't find anything and said it was at the pharmacy. Stood in pharmacy line for 15 minutes knowing it wasn't there and of course they laughed and sent me back to photo. No one was there and cashier called for assistance and the photo lady took her sweet time to talk to me. Said I hadn't told her it was ship to store which of course I had and had showed her the email. But now she couldn't find it under my name and couldn't use any other info to look it up like order number or fedex tracking number. I said I had spoken with a gentleman earlier who said it was there. She snipped back "do I look like a gentleman?" Asked if he was there and she said he wasn't and he was the manager. So I left, called online help who said it clearly shows it is there at the store. So my only conclusion is that she is completely incompetent at her job or she is intentionally messing with me. read more

This was always my place to get nail polish when I was in high school. The layouts of Walgreens locations nowadays look so dated and the white light makes it feel like a warehouse or something sketchy. The cashiers are either hit or miss in terms of friendliness. This location has the WORST pharmacy ever! I called because they did not fill my entire prescription (which was paid in full) after waiting in the double drive-thru line, (which had ONE tech working BOTH) for 15 minutes, she handed the bag to me, said "thanks" and left. Not once was I informed that my script was was out of stock! Didn't realize until I got all the way home that a box was missing. After holding for 10min a "tech" answered tried to help, then asked if I wanted to talk to the local store! I assumed by calling the local pharmacy number on the receipt, I was already speaking to someone local! He transferred me... I was on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up!
