The pharmacy is terrible! They're constantly understaffed, the staff they do have are less than helpful & undertrained with insurance issues & how to even send & receive faxes (this happens all the time). Will not be coming back to this Walgreens store. I get there and ask to get my passport picture taken. The young girl that was "helping" me told me come back in ten minutes. I roamed around the store for those ten minutes came back no one was to be seen. I walked a little more. Came back no one was neither in the photo section nor check out section. When I finally ask one of the ladies that I had ordered so I photos and they were supposed to be ready in ten minutes she goes and looks. She can't find it anywhere and then finds out that the other girl didn't even do anything and just left. It's ridiculous that it took me 45 minutes waiting at this store. Bad customer service. I won't complain about the older lady because she right away printed my pictures in less then 5 minutes. read more

Not very organized. Got 2 calls saying my prescription is ready to pick up and if I don't get it, it will expire. Got there and they said I can't pick it up for another 3 weeks. This is the third time this has happened. Walgreens get it together read more

We went in this morning to get a flu shot and were told that it was available. The pharmacist is requesting support as there was a line. We are eating patiently. After the second request for support to Pharmacy the store manager walks over sighing and upset. We as customers didn't feel comfortable talking with her but she said next with a very angry look. I let her know we would like to get a flu shot. Another pharmacist states it's going to be at least 45 minutes and the manager say "NEXT". So rude and unprofessional. read more

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The pharmacy is hands down the worst I have EVER used. Every month is a different hurdle and reason to not be helpful. They have filled the same Rx twice with in a week unprompted, they gave the wrong version of their medicine to a family member on one occasion which my family member was allergic to (documented), they never know their pricing, they have lied to my face changing their story 3 times in the same conversation and stated indirectly that my health comes second to their ridiculous "policies." Let me start that I wanted to rate this a ZERO STAR RATING but the system won't allow this. The service at the Pharmacy is deplorable. I had two visits to the ER starting Sunday) and ultimately admitted for observation. We turned in a prescription on Monday morning. When my husband went back at noon to pick it up (he was told it would be ready at 11:00) they told him it would take about an hour and to come back and they would call. He told them he had meetings and needed to get the meds to me prior to those meetings. They finally called at 7:30 that night. He went to pick up the medicine and they were closed. So much for the 24 hour pharmacy. I then got worse and returned to the ER. Upon discharge from the hospital today we drove straight to the pharmacy and dropped off the new prescriptions asking them to check stock because I needed the medicine tonight. They checked stock and said it was in and it would take an hour. My husband went back to pick up the prescriptions. It was at this time the pharmacy called me and asked if we had picked up another cough syrup and I said yes. She asked why the doctor changed me to a new prescription. I told her I don't know she would need to talk to the doctor. She just called back and said that she would not fill my prescription because the discharge nurse didn't have the information. She didn't call the doctor. The discharge nurse only saw me to discharge me today. The pharmacist is putting my health at risk. When I told her I would bring the other one back so she could be sure I wasn't taking both she said that wasn't an option. By far this has been the hardest week I have had in a long time and the pharmacists decision to not investigate prior to my husband coming when told, or even calling us before he arrived to pick up the medication, is some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. IT IS IRONIC THAT SHE WAITED UNTIL ALL OF THE OTHER PHARMACIES IN THE AREA WERE CLOSED BEFORE SHE REFUSED TO FILL THE PRESCRIPTION. I would like to acknowledge an employee at the the Pharmacy. I am visiting from Florida and had a problem with my prescription. Andrea was able to help me out and I really appreciate her taking the time to do so. She is a very nice person and Walgreens is lucky to have her on their team. You need more people like her!! This location always seems to be busy! The staff does what it can the hurry people along. The drive thru service is great.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience of my life. After being told one hour, I am still waiting over 3 hours later, with the only explanation being that "paperwork still needs to be filled out". This after I received a prescription from my surgeon, the day of surgery, which has long been approved by workers comp and I have a prescription ID card. Waited till I came back after being told an hour to tell me that my request to fill this prescription had been denied, citing lack of a SSN, and saying it will take another 1.5 hours. Then told claim is rejected and I have to pay for a prescription that is clearly work comp! Idiots!! Anyone with insurance of any kind knows your SSN is given to these companies over and over in every verification process imaginable. Yet this holds up receiving vital pain medication the day of a surgery. There is what appears to be a 17 year old kid working the counter who apparently has no experience of any type of situation regarding insurance issues beyond that of a glorified receptionist, who promptly gives the runaround when there is a lack of understanding on the pharmacy's part. Clearly, unbelievably understaffed, not to mention, incompetent, slow, lazy, uncaring people who are on staff. I would never come here again to fill a prescription If my life depended on it. Go anywhere else but here. These people suck at their job and have no regard for people in need, or prioritizing situations. Lack of critical thinking = stupidity. Get your shit together Walgreens and hire some real pharmacists and techs who are smarter than your lousy excuse for customer service. read more
