Very busy Walgreens, at least the time I was there. It is well stocked too. They were quick with my online/curbside pick up orders. They delivered their promise of 30 mins from when I place my order to when it's ready for pick up. Pick-up was a bit of a mess but they figured it out once I called the store after waiting at the curbside pickup parking spot for 5 mins. read more

The store was clean and laid out in a standard Walgreen's format. Sales were clearly marked. The parking lot had adequate spaces and was ready to maneuver thru. The employee I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. This isn't my regular store; I happened by when I needed to pick something up. That said, if I lived in this area, I would certainly choose it to be my new one. read more

For the first time in my life I wasn't scared for vaccines. The pharmacy team members and the pharmacist provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable. They all deserve a raise and were working really hard to help everyone there. Lori was at the front counter and was extremely kind and welcoming. They all seemed so busy but they took the time to answer people's questions with a positive attitude. I have never had such a good experience at a pharmacy and I will definitely come back. read more

I have been here twice to be vaccinated. Both times I have made an appointment and both times I arrived at least 15 mins early. Yet both times I had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time to even be seen. It's ridiculous. I don't make an appointment just to be seen 30-45 minutes past it. If I could give a zero I would. Booked our vaccinations for this am. Showed up for our appt. and we're told they did not have the vaccines. Rescheduled us for 3 pm the same afternoon. Showed up again to be told they only had one vaccine and not the other 2 we showed up for. Wasted 3 hours of my time today. We sat for 30 minutes both times while they scrambled around. This store and its management are a total joke. Saw lots of frustrated people while we waited. Would not bother to give them the time of day. They sure do not respect your time or inconvenience. Wanted to add: Called H‑E‑B pharmacy. First thing they did was check their inventory before booking the appointment. What a concept! I went to get a Covid-19 vaccine at this location, been waiting till my turn for almost 40 minutes till my turn. It's not like other locations that they have things set up ready to stick the needle, here you have to go the line waiting for a check in which taking forever, and the worst part for me there was one elder person a head of me that very slow and take longer. The pharmacy (I guess who is the one giving a shot) she's work multiple tasks after done one person she went inside and work then came out with the shot and papers. I felt not so hygienist because she walked with syringe around. But she's so nice and friendly she kept chatting with all the patients so it even slower. read more

I made an appointment for a Flu & TDAP shot. I arrived 15 minutes early, knowing that I might have to fill out paperwork. After filling out the exact paperwork, which had already been done online, I was asked to take a seat. 30 mins went by past my appointment time before I went up to the counter and asked if they still planned to give my shot. The pharmacist then stopped her administrative tasks to administer the shot and had no bedside manner--in fact, she acted like she didn't want to be there and helping people was the bane of her existence. This place is not very customer friendly and appointment times are meaningless to them. Something that should take 5 minutes took almost an hour. Horrible experience. read more

This is my local pharmacy and I've honestly never had a problem here. The prescriptions are always correct, and I appreciate that the pharmacy has long hours (8am - 10pm on weekdays). On top of that, the drive-thru pharmacy wait has been reasonable 9 times out of 10. It's painless and that's all I can really ask. read more

Had a great smooth experience getting a prescription filled. First time at this pharmacy as I've recently moved. Which I forgot to update my file at Walgreens with. When she asked the confirmation question and I said the (wrong for the file) answer she asked if I had moved and let me try again haha - Technician at the window then seamlessly changed the address while protecting my information until she was sure. Wait time was less than ten minutes from entering line to leaving with my new medicine. Pharmacist was able to give me the important info on my medicine and felt approachable and quick without being rushed. Appreciated the note to drink plenty of water with this script as I wouldn't have even thought of it. A+ all around pharmacy experience. Not sure about the unfortunate reviews below ‍ read more

Do not use this Walgreens! I've had nothing but problems for the last two years. They have given me wrong prescriptions twice, they are rude and unprofessional. I actually picked up someone else prescription but the bag had my name on it. I've only had problems with this store. I can't warn people enough! Walgreen's has always taken pretty good care of me, and every time I try a different pharmacy I end up really sorry. The pharmacist right now is Kim Pen, and she is really excellent, she actually come from around back to help me get some lice killing shampoo. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with, even when you have issues (for a little while I was getting shorted on my meds but didn't realize it.) while I am still not 100% happy with that situation they pretty much did what they could for me to resolve the issue, and since have not had further issues (it has been a little over a year) they have a decent selection of greeting cards (for when you mess up and forget to get one until 10 minutes before you need it) but honestly I really only use them for the pharmacy, and occasionally some cheap cheap stuff for holidays (they usually have some pretty good sales, and an unusual assortment of holiday "stuff" read more

They are the friendliest, most helpful, and cheerful people, and that's why I shop there instead of the one near my house. Susan at the front register is awesome - always helpful always smiling. Been shorted on my daughter's antibiotic twice now. Kinda scary since it comes pre-measured and all they have to do is add water and mix. Who knows how much she's been getting each dose!Staff so far has been no help and waiting for the pharmacist to call when she comes in at 3:00. So far they have offered to fax a refill request to her dr. and then I would need to pay for a new prescription. I am totally shocked that this could even happen, hope it is resolved but I won't be going back this pharmacy.Oh, and absolutely no apology or anything,they just keep saying it should last 10 days, don't know why it hasn't.All i can do is pay for another RX. This Walgreens is the worst. Every time I come here, the wait is longer than 2 hours. Myself and my husband have both had to fight with them to get name brand medications over genetic, even after my MD EXPLICITLY wrote it on the script and my insurance covers it. I refuse to come back here even though it is a good location. HEB's pharmacy has given my family much better service and this is now where we choose to go for our pharmacy needs. read more

This pharmacy is the worst. After recurrent issues month after month with my prescriptions being delayed and mixups with them processing my insurance, I've transferred most of my prescriptions to Randall's Pharmacy across the street. It's not as convenient as I have to go into the store to pickup prescriptions but it's worth it to not have to deal with this location. However, yesterday I needed to refill a 90 day prescription and out of what I thought would be ease, I requested Walgreens contact my doctor for an authorization for the refill as that's what the doctors office prefers. About an hour after the request for the refill, I was notified that there was an issue with my insurance. I called the pharmacy and spoke to Melody who informed me that they'd put in an incorrect manufacturer number. She corrected it. Then told me that they didn't have it in stock but would have it tomorrow (today.) and that my cost would be ) $105. I said it was fine as I had one more vial of my medicine to last me one more day. Today at 5:00 pm, I get a call that they only have a 30 day supply and not the 90 day because it's backordered. I said "Fine" as I need my medication and am out. My husband went to pick it up and they inform him that it's $140 for a 30 day supply. Apparently because a coupon won't process?! I don't understand how a 30 day supply is somehow $35 more than a 90 day supply. Edwin offers to call other Walgreens to find one that has my medication in stock because it'll need to be a 90 day supply for the cost to be $105. But it'll take 20-30 min. He'll call me later. Later, Edwin calls me and let's me know that the Walgreens in Leander at Crystal Falls has it in stock but now there's a problem with my insurance because the Cypress Creek location has processed a claim for 30 days. He explains to me that it's going to take the Crystal Falls location an hour or two to try to sort it out and reverse the claim and they'll let me know if/when I can pick it up. So, it's Friday. After 5:00 pm. I have no medication. And I'm waiting. Hoping I don't have to wait all weekend because my insurance is closed for the weekend. I'm free to pay $140 for a 30 day supply though. Absolutely ridiculous. You can bet I'll be transferring this prescription as well. read more

After I moved, I spent 3 weeks going back and forth between my doctor's office, this Walgreens, and a CVS when I now live trying to get my prescriptions forwarded. After an endless chain of phone calls where everyone told me to call someone else, I finally expressed my frustration to a pharmacist named Payton. Though it was not the job of this Walgreens to contact anyone, Payton acknowledged that I needed to get my medication as soon as possible and personally called it in to my new pharmacy to ensure that they would have all the information they could possibly need. He went above and beyond what was required of him to guarantee that I had what I needed. The lines at this pharmacy can be long sometimes, but it's worth it when you're greeted with such kind employees as Payton. read more

I wish I could give a 0 ranking! Over a 5 day period I went with my husband 4 different times to pick up his medicine. Each time the techs were RUDE and if they would have called my insurance company even one time, which we were told they do not do, this problem could have been avoided. Then the actual pharmacist, who was nice enough, was also unhelpful and tried to convince us to use the generic which would have been much more expensive than the branded product with a co-pay card. One of the Tech's literally threw the phone down, was shaking her head at us and giving us an 'eye'. Being in the customer service industry myself, I can not stand bad customer services. Walgreens needs to better train their employees. I will never be back as WGs does not deserve my business. Run! read more

I really enjoy visiting from Walgreens at Lakeline Cypress Creek. The staff is almost always in a good mood and happy now. I really like the people in the pharmacy you want under a lot of pressure from patients with high expectations that think they are at McDonald's.
