I've been going to this same store for 15 years. Kanish is always there in the early mornings, always friendly and upbeat

This store is arranged in standard QuikTrip fashion. Depending on which side you enter you can choose fountain drinks or coffee drinks on tap on the immediate wall. There is fresh food in an open refrigerated section and a variety of hot foods. There is also a kitchen with a kiosk screen from which ordering can take place. There are fresh donuts and related pastries in the morning, which are discounted at night. Like other convenience stores you can find candy and generic sundries and groceries. I've just come in for the drinks. The fountain drinks have the right carbonation. I also like that they offer coffee on tap; it's unique. Both the cold brews are tasty, as well as the hot coffee offerings. And, if you want to sweeten your coffee, they tend to have 6-10 flavored creamers available for this use. And of course, they have the good personal service other convenience stores don't. You are greeted and thanked. Also, one person working can handle checking out people from both sides of the register. The fuel pumps are located a decent distance away from the store and are spaced well apart for vehicles to maneuver around. The pumps are also very modern.

So it is no surprise when I find myself coming here once a month. Yes, I do forget things and don't want to go back to HEB or Walmart. The man who owns the store is almost always there unless he is on vacation to visit releative in Asia. He remembers me whenever I come in. I hear a loud, "Hello Mama" from him. I have no children other than my four legged ones. But once ten years ago, I brought my neighbors two boys in for a snack. He still thinks they are my boys. As with all convenience store, their prices are higher than other stores. But they are there for handiness and not cost effectiveness. Will I be back, Oh, yes, when I forgot something at the store again.

I have pics of the piece of metal that is sticking out that sliced the tires. My wife had a 4 year old and and 2 year old in the car when this happened. She asked the employee to help and received grief and felt attacked and was told the car was was in perfect working order. My wife had to wait there an hour for a tow truck. While there she asked for the owners # and call him. He proceeded to tell her it is not there fault and he does not run the car was. He would not give the # of the person that operates the car was and she was told to turn it into her insurance to get the tires fixed. After work I went out to see if I could get the phone # for the car was. There is no number posted so i went inside and was met by the lady that wouldn't help my wife. I asked about it and was told a story about how a lot of people use the car was and its my wife's fault. They also gave me the owners phone #. So I called him. He proceeded to yell at me about how it is my wife's fault and he doesn't own the car wash part. The car wash has the Quicky Mart name and logo on it and it doesn't say any where on it that it is ran by anyone other then the Quicky Mart. Nor does it have a phone # I can contact to talk to anyone about the car wash problems. This is the worst place to go. DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! The owners name is Ram and he has the worst people skills ever! Mind you I never asked for money. I asked to speak to someone about the problems we had!!

Finally, in the category of "Original Lattes in a Starring Role", it's Coffeyeh, once more! You really don't want to miss this award-winning venue. You'll have to GPS your way there, as it's tucked into a slip of a strip center up north. The space is not there to beer-bong your ears out with music-you-did-not-choose or to induce Cool Kids ennui that even caffeine can't reach. Rather, it's a room in which you might play chess, take your relationship to the next level, or ponder the secret meaning of freckles. And if you're dealing with sub-clinical depression--or just current events--you can order a generous slab of high-octane sweetness from their bakery cases and turn the smallest flicker of hope into a Roman candle! Exclamatory bonus points: A clever name! Middle Eastern hospitality! Outside seating for when the temps are below 105! A liberal loyalty program! Uncharted new coffee options to expand your horizons! Coffee and nosh aside, there's networking aplenty here, a winsome Insta presence, and whimsical promotions. After a couple of visits, you'll feel the gravitational pull of Planet Coffeeyeh and find yourself headed for Cedar Park. "That's one small step for espresso..."

The gentlemen who took our order (I was assuming was also the owner but did not confirm) was very kind and helpful in explaining their unique menu. They had tasty drinks and food items I have never seen before. My husband ordered the Spanish latte that came with two shots of espresso with creamy milk which hit the spot. My daughter ordered this very unique blue drink (caffeine free) I have never heard or seen before called Galaxy Milk Tea made with Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, Oat Milk and Vanilla syrup. It wasn't overly sweet once you mixed it together making it a tasty treat for the little ones. I ordered the strongest coffee they had called: Iced Molotoviatt that came with 4 shots of espresso infused with lightly sweetened condensed milk. I opted for no whipped cream. They had a delicious selection of pastries and goodies, which we did not order but looked decadent. The decor and artwork was also super cute and on point! We will definitely be returning.
