There's always fresh coffee (and clean counters) cause someone is always manning the coffee station. Plenty of choices from snacks, drinks, etc. The restrooms and store are always clean. The only thing I don't like is with the high level of foot traffic at the store sometimes there will be only one cashier which causes the line to get long, but to be fair, that is from time to time and not on the regular. One of my favorite 7-elevens in the Chesapeake area.

Today I had enough, I looked to make sure he wasn't behind the counter before walking in and as soon as I make my way to the counter, guess who's there. Yup, Carl. Sliding behind me just barely touching me, and whispering "hello gorgeous" as he moves by. Instantly I was thrown off by a stranger feeling as comfortable to position themself so close to me. I should have said something then and there but was too scared. Young women watch out at this location and keep your witt's about you!

Went here on 5/2 and paid for a car wash. I've been using this car wash for years and it was always…read morethe best touchless wash in the area. Not anymore. I paid for my wash - and it didn't clean the sides of the car at all. It used to do the multicolor foam soap. Not anymore. Very little soap comes out now. It goes way faster than it should have. I went into the store and informed the employee. They said they don't have permission to refund my money but they'd take my name and number and have the manager call me back. Never happened of course. So I went in today 5/8. Again- the employee at the counter can't do anything about it. So, he called the manager and I spoke to the manager who claimed he came in on the evening of 5/2 and the wash was working fine. I told him that I paid for a product that did not work. He said he COULD NOT refund me my money but could give me another car wash. I agreed. I went through the car wash AGAIN. same thing. The sides of my car are still dirty. Hardly any foam came out. It's literally just not working properly. Not doing it's job. Clearly the managers standards are very low. I would not suggest wasting your $13 on a wash at this place. It's bad enough that you can't even pay at the kiosk. You have to go inside to pay. That used to be worth it when the wash actually worked right.

Trying to be funny I asked the cashier helping me if I could borrow $10. She asked if I worked there to which I of course replied no. She then said "well no then and get the hell out of here". Ok so she has no sense of humor but there's no need to be rude. Lucky for me a brand new 7-Eleven opened just up the road.
