In fairness it is not this store locations issue it is sallys as a whole. I had the sallys credit…read morecard. I had autopay. They were charging me late fees so I spend hours on the phone for them to say the issue was with my bank. I confirmed with them my account. I call my bank they said they never tried to get money. So I call pay my bill in full and cancel the card since they apparently dont know how bill pay works. I then get a bill for 3 dollars. I call them and according to their automated system I have no balance but I can't talk to anyone because it is Sunday. I work all the hours they are open so I am going to have to take time off work to stop this crap company from charging me money and screwing up my credit. They use Comenity Capital Bank which i also opened a burlington credit card with who also had this same issue so it is probably that company's issue but if I was you I would not risk it.
